I'm waiting on answers since 29th of June. I have send reminders and yesterday, on the 31st of July I receive an answer with the excuse that the person in charge couldn't give me an answer before, because of holiday reasons and in that same e-mail she writes me that she will be on holidays from 1st of Augus until 20th of August. So my next possibility to contact her is the 21st of August. By then I have been waiting eight weeks for an answer. Eight weeks from an institue that charges horrenduos amounts of money for their bad services.Just received a call from the managing director who reacted immediately and agreed that this speed and service is unacceptable. At least there is a good and fast management. Thanks!
