I have not recieved any ordered products from this company. No products that I have ordered over 4 weeks ago. No emails with an update on what’s happening. Voicemail when you try to contact the company via phone.Please see below the efforts of contacting you. I have chosen priority shipping and I also feel its a basic curtesy of your business to inform the customer of the delay.I look forward to receiving the products within 5 days.Responding to valid feedback with sarcasm is perhaps not the best way to promote your business.

Do not buy anything from this company. I, bought their books in good faith, in 2022, along with many other customers, and never saw those books. I ordered mine in August 2022. It's March 2023 now, and I didn't receive $200 worth of product. I never will receive these books.I emailed Theo Sumkin, the owner, a number of times in 2022, first to ask where my order was, and then to ask for a refund. He did reply initially and said we're so sorry, there's been a printing problem, we will definitely get your books to you, please wait till end of year. He seemed genuine, so I waited. Then the end of year rolled around, no books.He then announced on Instagram that he was closing the company down. He shut down his email address so my emails bounced back. Many customers wrote angry responses on Instagram asking for refunds. All those comments have been deleted. In hindsight, it was clear that he had no intention of honouring his existing orders. Many people didn't receive their books, including me. You can see other reviews for this company here on Google, stating the same thing.I chalked it up to a terrible company that went broke and someone unwilling to honour their orders and forgot about it. Until I saw just now that he has opened up his company again and is selling more books. This is completely unethical, and in fact, criminal, and I don't want other people to lose their money like I did.You can see from Theo's response to other negative reviews here, that he is simply unwilling to take responsibility. He no doubt will write a similar response to this review.Theo, you are ripping people off, and you know it.I can't receive a refund from Mastercard because I trusted this guy and waited longer than 120 days to receive my books. The banks can no longer do anything (I am sure Theo knows this.) So I'm taking time out to prevent other trusting people from making this mistake. AVOID.

I have always been very supportive and fond of small businesses, especially businesses of handcrafted products. Although I have not received my €119.40 order (very first and only order) from April 2022 up till now - no products, no refund, I somehow still hope this company will make things right some day.Since I have NEVER received anything from this company after paying for over 100 pounds more than a year ago , I can’t speak about the products. To be honest, the customer service is disappointing tho.I thought I was the only unlucky one until I read some of the other reviews here today.What puzzled me was…after my initial contact, the owner Fiodor did responded nicely and promised another order is coming in June 2022. I believed him and waited patiently. Then I was told there was a delay in production which is understandable so I waited. Then undeliverable emails as others mentioned. I reached out for a couple more times (I made sure to space out my emails so I was not burdening a small business with my frequent inquiries) . However, no tracking info for replacement order was ever provided…eventually, no response at all. As much as I don’t want to believe this business is a scam (because I do see others receiving their orders on social media and some raving about the quality of Soumkine products), they did scam me in a way - €119.40 + 1yr 2mo + multiple emails for NOTHING.With that said, I am personally disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone. I love quality stationaries and am very passionate about this stationary community. This experience makes me sad just thinking about it because all my life, I have only experienced kind and positive things in this community up till my ordering from this company.In order to make peace with this, I used to make myself think that Fiodor is mad at me (even though there is no reason because all my communication was polite and understanding as I used to work in customer services and understand how hard people work and sometimes things are not as simple as they seem to be) …However, no products, no refund, no explanation after a year and 2 months. I am finally waking up from my dream - I wasn’t valued as a customer. There is a huge customer services issue with this business. Maybe it runs by hardworking and kind people. Maybe the products quality are outstanding. BUT it means nothing when you hand over your hard earning $ but don’t get anything!Lesson learned. Hope no one else has to go through this again .

Extrêmement déçue par leur service client... J'ai précommandé un carnet et un planner en juin, livraison prévue en août, arrivé septembre toujours rien. J'ai tenté de les contacter à quatre reprise en demandant un remboursement, on ne me répond que lorsque je menace de me plaindre sur les réseaux tout en faisant l'impasse totale sur ma demande et en m'informant juste qu'il y a un problème de matière première. C'est inadmissible de refuser ainsi de rembourser un client et de faire la sourde oreille à ses requêtes, à la limite du frauduleux même. Dommage car la qualité de leur papier est bonne...

Now Soumkine sends me an e-mail every day about their products a warning should be in place. I ordered in August. Still received nothing. I tried to contact Soumkine but after weeks I only got a mail in which they state that there are delivery problems. So be carefull to spend your money here

On commande, on paie et...Rien pendant 3 mois....En attendant qui galère et va être obligée d'aller ailleurs acheter ce qui a déjà été payé au prix fort??? C'est moi, qui aie mis une partie de ma prime pour m'acheter un agenda 2023 et un carnet 305...Mais en attendant, on a le design de Fiodor sur Instagram. Il se moque bien de moi.
