Heute am 09.08.23 Bin ich mit meiner Familie an Münchner Flughafen eingetroffen,anscheinend zur Lufthansa Business class check in . Das war in Ordnung aber danach kein priority für Business Gäste bei boarding, danach mit Ekonomi Gästen im Bus zum Flugzeug danachDas Flugzeug mit fake sitzen 2.30 Stunden nach Malaga. Also Lufthansa nicht def Rotstift überall anlegen , ihr seit nach meiner Meinung mit 2 bis 3 Sternen dabei , sehr sehr schlechte Business Klass siehe Foto, einfach Ekonomi Sitze in der Business Class, macht weiter.

Très bonne compagnie, nous avons pris un vol jusqu'à Francfort-sur-le-Main pour une escale, vol à l'heure, avion très propre, pas très grand car vol de courte durée mais suffisamment confortable, sièges inclinables. Des bouteilles d'eau et du chocolat nous on été offert pendant le vol. Je recommande cette compagnie !

Awful ongoing experience of getting nowhere with Lufthansa and my bag that has been missing since the 26th September 2023 at CDG Paris airport terminal 1. Bag was delayed by Lufthansa on travelling to Paris via Frankfurt from Birmingham UK. Reported as required that bag would be delivered the next day never arrived at my holiday destination yet the French courier company called ASO Tournee (followed by a changing 24hr clock time) most odd informed to Luthansa delivered to me. Aso Tournee never notified me as been told they would as they had my email and phone number but nothing. Aso Tournee put the phone down IF they ever answer, they will block your number goes to busy automatically, no answer to email. Lufthansa must know they have a problem as numerous reports of how bad Aso Tournee are on Reddit but they seem to just pretend they are looking for it still. THeir poor bagage control keeps saying located bags but they havent. 100 days is what Lufthansa say has to lapse before a delayed bad is now classed as lost and they are no longer looking for. Trying to claim compensation from them is a nightmare there is a 21 days must have lapsed (which it has) submiited using Lufthansa website but get no acknowledgement of my claim being accpted or processed. My travel insurance wont pay anything and then only what is not paid by Lufthansa until Lufthansa issue a missing/lost bag report after 100 days. THinking never to fly Lufthansa again, used to be good but once they subcontract to Aso Tournee they have NO ACCESS to track where my bag is. If you fly through CDG Paris do NOT let Aso Tournee get your bags that will be the last you will see of them. They have I have read a large storage company a good way away from CDG Paris where some people have managed to retreive their bags with no help from Lufthansa.

If there is any rate worse than one I will rate Lufthansa, the airline has continuously let us down, after we arrived from a short destination (less than an hour), we were surprised that they didn’t ship any of the passengers luggage, they promised the passengers to ship their luggage within 24hours, I had diabetic medication and other medical items that were in my luggage. after 2 days I received 2 bags out of 4, a week later they have closed our case and marked the rest as lost, I couldn’t claim them until 21 days of the incident yet they are no longer searching for them

Would never fly lufthansa again. Worst airlines. The airlines is so bad that they cant even arrange the layover times with their own connecting flights. You will end up missing your flight or getting delayed by hours. Customer service is also horrible. Save your money and time and fly anything Else.

WORST customer relationship ever !You can’t get in touch with anyone in person anywhere in France, you have to do everything through the internet. You send emails, they never get answered, same on the phone, everytime you call you get « Due to the high demand we can’t answer you now. Please call back later. »I had to pay a scam website to get my ETA for Canada because some employee at the check-in told me that the official ETA I had wasn’t enough. But because she was pressuring me and telling me I couldn’t go on the plane without it, I paid. I found out 5min later through her colleague that indeed I was right, I should have never paid this 79$ CA !And now impossible to get an hold of Lufthansa’s customer relationship service when it was their employee that caused all this because of her incompetency. And to think she may do it to others, it drives me crazy.

Expérience déplorable avec cette compagnie.Vol Athènes-Paris le 29/08.Escale à Munich.Les bagages ont été perdus.Cela peut arriver, mais la suite est tout à fait déplorable.Les bagages ont été acheminés le lendemain de notre arrivée depuis Munich-Paris à l'aéroport Paris Charles de Gaulle.Et depuis 5j rien...Numéro de téléphone des bagages de la compagnie totalement inutile, avec des personnes désagréables qui vous disent simplement qu'elle ne peuvent rien et que c'est normal.L'excuse est que les bagages ont été confiés à un coursier et que cela n'est plus de leur responsabilité.Heureusement mes bagage ont des airtags et je sais exactement où ils sont: dans un entrepôt en région parisienne à Louvres.Alors recherche sur les forums,Et la vous vous apercevez que vous n'êtes pas le seul.Des dizaines de client dans la même situation dans l'indifférence totale de la compagnie.A ce jour 03/09 je n'ai pas récupéré mes bagages et aucune action n'est possible avec la compagnie.Jamais plus je ne volerai avec eux.

Dommage qu’on puisse pas mettre 0 étoile.Le service client est inutile au possible. On a réservé un vol avec une escale de 2h qui se transforme en 12h sans qu’on soit prévenus, et pareil au retour. Aucune solution proposée. On perd un jour de vacances et devint poser un jour de congé de plus pour le retour. INADMISSIBLE. Je pensais que c’était de la qualité allemande, venez pas chialer qu’on prenne des low cost après, vous êtes des arnaqueurs !!!
