Amulet Yoga

Discovered Suz at amulet yoga from an internet search for yoga in Saint Antonin and so glad we found her. Visiting the region for the month of May from Canada we were able to do drop in vinyasa flow classes. Suz is an an amazing teacher and person. She has a lovely welcoming and warm personality and is highly skilled in her teaching and breathing techniques. Her classes were always different and she offers a variety of options to suit your ability. The atmosphere in the super cute studio was perfect. My husband and I always came away invigorated. Suz went out of her way to provide local information of things to see, do or places to eat. We will miss her classes and are thankful to her for making our stay in the area unforgettable and healthier!We would highly recommend her.
