Owner and Proprietor Ali Mercier, along with his family, run a top-notch establishment.During the day you'll find a welcoming atmosphere that delivers quality meals at affordable prices. On Thursdays and Fridays, Ali breaks out the North African fare and presents some of the best cous-cous royale you'll ever have the chance to sample. Simple but so expertly done, you'll swear you're in his home and not a diner.In the evenings, Le Cosmopolite is the perfect stop for a cold beer and some chatter with the locals. The environment is always friendly and decidedly multi-cultural. You can expect to hear French, English, German, Cantonese, and a bit of Arabic.. and that's just from Ali and his children. The place hums with laughter and kindness. You're wrong if you don't stop in and introduce yourself to the kindest man in Colombes.
