Je suis cliente du site LouiseParis depuis plusieurs années et suis à chaque fois ravie de mes achats. Les vêtements sont toujours conformes aux photos et descriptions (très détaillées) lorsque je les reçois chez moi. La livraison est soignée et rapide. Eloïse est très disponible pour répondre à mes questions et pour m'aider dans mes choix. Pouvoir s'offrir des pièces de luxe de cette qualité au prix des marques de prêt-à-porter...je n'hésite pas ! Je vous recommande vivement d'aller faire un tour sur le site LouiseParis, vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer !

ATTENTIONMon mari et moi avons confié des vêtements à Eloise pour vendre dans sa boutique.Les tarifs annoncés étaient tellement bas pour des vêtements de grandes marques que nous lui avons demandé de les reprendre.Elle a été très grossière et désobligeante avec nous et a refusé de nous les rendre.Elle a ensuite demandé une compensation de 60€ en nous menaçant, à régler sur le champ, pour avoir gardé quelques jours les vêtements.J’ai été très choquée de cette attitude.Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Shocking how bad this company is! Stay away and save yourself the misery.Eloïse, the owner of this store is dishonest and rude.To start with the product images are misleading and do not match the garments in reality. I ordered 3 items, which, unfortunately, did not fit me. On closer inspection, I found that the clothing was damaged. I contacted Eloise immediately via phone, but she replied in a very annoyed and arrogant manner. She insisted that a return was not possible.She deceived me into buying a high-quality Lanvin skirt with holes on the bottom that look like older burn holes and stains along the entire hem of the skirt. These defects were NOT disclosed on the website. Unfortunately, the Bogner pants also had a hole in the back and again nothing like that documented on the website.Eloïse should be ashamed of herself to sell clothes in this state to unsuspecting customers. I lost 445€ to this con-artist!Order number: BCRSYVXBY(Photos attached)

I work as a personal shopper/ stylist and am very happy with Louise Paris whose store I visit on a regular basis with my clients. The selection is high-end and reasonably priced.I myself got a Valentino top and and APC trench coat I cherish since a few years.Plus Eloïse is charming and welcoming!

J'y ai acheté ma robe de mariée à l'époque au showroom et beaucoup plus tard une petite commande en ligne. Eloïse est d'une gentillesse tellement rare ! On sent qu'elle est super passionnée. Sa sélection est pointue et avec des prix honnêtes, que de beaux intemporels... Parfait pour une flemmarde comme moi intéressée par le seconde main mais qui ne veut pas y passer 3h :-p Un peu loin de chez moi du coup pour la boutique, mais dès qu'on sera dans une meilleure période j'irai, elle a l'air canon et je lui souhaite plein de succès :-)

Great vintage spot for luxury brands. Well curated. And a charming shop girl who speaks English ( for single lingual losers like me) and coincidentally is named Louise. I left happy with Lanvin, Dolce, Gaultier & Chloe.

Picked up a really nice pair of trousers and a shirt. Eloïse was really helpful and very honest in what suited me and what didn't and gave invaluable advice, which was reflected in the reaction I got when wearing the clothes. The whole experience was charming and I will be back.

Eloise is simply amazing. She cares so much about what she does, providing options and one-on-one help to her clients. Her showroom, while small, is beautiful and packed with amazing finds at every turn. While I don't live in Paris this was recommended to me through a local I met and I now visit every time I go back as well as recommend to all my friends. Not only is the quality of items top notch, Eloise is just a great person trying to run a small business and do well for the world. Please support local, buy second hand and help your pocket books! If you are looking for big box store with brand new, overpriced, unethically made clothing this is not for you. If you want a great shopping experience that feels customized and intimate this is your spot :)

Pas de bol pour moi, j'ai commandé deux fois sur le site et je n'ai pas pu recevoir les articles car les vendeuses n'ont pas donné suite.Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai été remboursée les deux fois.

J achète très souvent des vêtements chez Eloise. Elle est toujours de très bon conseil ainsi je porte énormement tout ce que j achète chez elle! Les prix sont super raisonnables pour une qualité exceptionnelle et vous trouverez aussi bien de l'habillé que des fringues pour le quotidien. Une super adresse!!
