I am so grateful to Jonathan and the whole team of teachers at TEFL Toulouse. Expect a rigorous schedule and hands-on teaching experience with guidance and feedback from experts in the EFL field. The teachers here bring 20+ years of experience to the table and a passion for helping you become the best teacher you can be. The in-person experience of working alongside classmates and real EFL students everyday is invaluable. I'm so glad I found myself in this beautiful city with this top-notch program to set me off on my EFL journey. Thank you all so much for everything.

Writing a review a year after completing the course at TEFL Toulouse. My experience at the Teacher Training Center was very enriching. You feel gratified when these extremely intense and super active 4 weeks end in getting a certification that's internationally recognized. A year from then, I am now a part time English teacher and I teach both adults and young learners. The teaching methods I acquired through the course comes handy as I teach students with different levels of English. I would love to take a moment to thank all the teachers, Helen, Alex, James and Jonathan for your wonderful tutelage, and Dimitri and others in the administration for answering all my emails so patiently. This course has been a fantastic experience. Jonathan and his team of dedicated, friendly and helpful teachers have been brilliant. I have very much enjoyed my time with my fellow students, Emilie, Dimitri, Alexis, Sophie and Lilya; and the lessons taught by Jonathan, the Claires, Helen, and, above all, Julie.

Getting certified at TEFL Toulouse was an excellent choice! All the trainers are very helpful and it's amazing how much you learn in just four weeks. I came in with no formal teaching experience and now after four weeks I feel confident in my abilities to handle a classroom.The mornings are spent doing theory, where you learn so much useful information, and the afternoons are spent planning lessons and teaching. The trainers are available every day to help you plan lessons and are extremely helpful. The students (most are regulars) who come to the classes that you teach in the afternoons are all lovely as well. Highly recommend if you're looking to get certified as a foreign language teacher.

I can't praise Jonathan Julie and Claire enough for the great experience that I encountered at TEFL Toulouse . Very experienced, professional teachers who have helped me to achieve my goal of becoming a TEFL teacher . It can be hard work but well worth it. The hands on experience of teaching with with real students has prepared me immensely in my lesson planning.I highly recommended TEFL Toulouse if you want to teach English as a foreign language.

I completed the intensive TEFL course at TEFL Toulouse in September 2022. The course instructors were dedicated, thorough, knowledgeable and taught the course content in a fun and interactive way. Plenty of time was provided for lesson planning and assistance was always on-hand if required. The other course attendees have become good friends of mine and this definitely helped with my integration into daily life in France! Moreover, the students that we had the opportunity to teach are an amazing group of people. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to take an in-person TEFL course in Europe. I did my TEFL certification here in June 2023 and have nothing but positive things to say! I had experience teaching English before the qualification, but still learned a great deal and acquired lots of skills and techniques that are going to be so incredibly useful and save me time and effort as a teacher. So, don’t think that if you’ve already taught before that this won’t be useful for you. Some of the sessions I found to be especially beneficial were looking at lesson planning practices, how to teach grammar and how to make class speaking activities and drama in a classroom actually work!It goes without saying that Jonathan, Julie and Claire practised what they preached- that’s to say crafting lessons so that you walked away from sessions feeling like you really understood what you’d been taught and capable of incorporating it into a lesson- not to mention that they were very kind and patient too!For anyone who’s on the fence, I could not recommend this course more!

If you have ever thought of becoming a TEFL certified teacher, I recommend that you just do it, and do it in Toulouse!When I decided that I wanted to do the TEFL course in Toulouse, the team was extremely helpful with answering the questions I had, and helping me find accommodations.Before the course started we had a get together, and it was very nice to be able to see the facilities and meet the other trainees before the course started.The course has been extremely though and there was a lot that had to be done in a short period of time. Essentially, you become a teacher after only one month of training. At times, it felt like my head was going to explode with all the new information we were learning. However, Jonathan and all of his staff have been nothing but helpful, they have been there every step of the way and encouraged us. I feel like they have given us the tools to becoming successful teachers by having feedback sessions after every lesson we taught, this enabled us to know what we did well, and what we needed to work on throughout the course.I’m really glad I chose TEFL Toulouse, the city is beautiful and my trainee group was wonderful, we had a lot of fun doing the course together, it really helped having a great group of people doing the course with me.It’s also really nice to know that whenever I need help finding a job, I can contact TEFL Toulouse.

After 4 wonderful weeks at this school, I can only say great things. We started the course on such a friendly tone, and within no time we became the closest of friends. The staff are incredibly welcoming, open, and patient with everyone. Teaching practice was great, with a lot of opportunity to put our newly learned skills to the test.Not only is the course intense and fun, it is structured very well. I highly recommend TEFL Toulouse to anyone who wants to become a professional English as a Foreign Language teacher. You'll not only learn skills for life, but you'll make friends for life too.
