I’ve been a client of Sarah and Bob’s for well over a decade. That says a lot about the type of service they offer and their reliability! As an owner living in another country it is so re-assuring to have someone like Chamonix Homes at the end of a telephone (or email) for when the inevitable disaster happens. For example when our hot water tank burst and flooded the apartment below. Not only could they sort out the physical problem but also placate our, quite understandably, irate neighbour! The apartment make up and cleaning service they offer is superb, as well as answering any queries guests might have if I’m not available. I strongly recommend them!

Appartement très spacieux, propre, bien équipé dans une très calme résidence.Le point fort de l'établissement est la terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur le Mont Blanc. Vous pouvez passer des heures à admirer un paysage à couper le souffle.Propriétaire super gentil, à l'ecoute, prêt à donner des conseils et qui a fait tout le possible pour qu'on puisse passer un inoubliable séjour. Excellent séjour au Chalet Raccas. Le chalet est très agréable et très bien fourni (équipements de cuisine, chambres) avec une superbe vue sur la terrasse (très lumineux). Équipements neufs, soignés et d’excellente qualité.Nous avons également très gentiment été reçus par le propriétaire avec un accueil très sympathique et des attentions portées tout au long du séjour.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

They have excellent knowledge of the Chamonix Valley and the surrounding area, and are extremely responsive to the needs of both guests and ourselves as owners. We've had consistently excellent feedback from guests on the way they've been looked after by the team.

We have used Mont Blanc Retreats for getting on 10 years now, since we discovered the wonderful Chamonix area. We've stayed in some of their managed properties during the winter skiing seasons and also in the summer time for a mountain biking holiday. In all areas of Chamonix, from the town itself and further up the mountain range to Argentiere.Bob and Sarah are the most lovely and professional team. They've always made us feel very valued clients and always done their best to provide an amazing property for our stays.We have stayed in a few properties that they have and they are always ready at the time of arrival. They are clean, beautifully welcoming and we know it means a lot when clients are happy. We trust them completely.Literally can't wait for our next stay.
