RainbowLight Yoga (retreat)

If you are going for holidays ,the location and the lodge is absolutely fantastic, Sunshine and Glen are great hosts .It is a perfect choice for a retreat. If you are going for the course, it is going to be fun and at the same time intense because it involves not only working on your theoretical knowledge and how well you do the poses,but also working on yourself as a whole,body and mind. It will get you where you need to be , to make a yoga teacher out of you ! I had a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend the course to anyone looking for a YTT. I will be returning for more retreats and courses for sure!

Sa vision du Yoga est à la fois ancrée dans la tradition et adaptée à nos modes de vie moderne, je recommande cette formation à quiconque souhaite approfondir sa pratique et ses connaissances, à titre personnel ou avec un objectif d’enseignement.

Je viens de terminer ma formation 200h qui a eu lieu à Biarritz. C’était une superbe expérience. Le contenu de la formation est très complet. Sunshine est très pédagogue et disponible. Je repars de cette formation en ayant appris beaucoup de choses et surtout avec le désir de transmettre. Je recommande.

I had my Yoga Teacher Training at RainbowLightYoga as a retreat in Coudures on March 2021. It was one of the most significant experiences in my life.Sunshine and Glen are so kind, available and took very good care of us.The manor and the surrounding nature give you such a peaceful state of mind. It is all so beautiful.The food was very healthy, tasty and different everyday, and you could see how this boosts your body and helps you improve fast.Then the curriculum was complete and sooo interesting. Everyday, I was learning a lot of valuable things, things I would need for my entire life.Sunshine totally respects the origin and history of Yoga, and this was a very important point to me. She has an excellent and natural way of teaching, that made everything clear and totally handle despite the intensity of the training.I totally and without hesitation recommend the YTT with RainbowLightYoga, I am very grateful for all the growth and evolution I could witness during those weeks <3

Having participated in the Yoga Teacher Training programme 200 at RainbowLight Yoga Retreat, Route d'Encos, France in Autumn 2016. Great yoga course with paying attention not only at the asanas (of course we had numerous yoga classes) but on the mediation, on chanting.Sunshine has been a great master teacher presenting various perspectives of yoga and its lifestyle. His husband , Glen is a welcoming host (and super chef).The Manor house itself is located in a beautiful & peaceful area. The rooms are well-equipped, too.Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I have realised that this is a very VERY late review, but here I am! I've had the most amazing experience at RainbowLight Yoga! Sunshine and Glen are so wonderful and hospitable. I completed my 200 Hr YTT almost a year ago, and I've learnt and grown so much during my 28 days there. Sunshine is a great teacher, friend and mentor.The place is gorgeous and it has the most beautiful view. Highly recommend to anyone interested! You won't ever regret it!

A beautiful and peaceful place where you can relax in the middle of the nature and learn a lot around yoga. A family-run yoga retreat in a renewed lodge which preserves beautiful furniture and architecture of old times. Sunshine is a very professional, well-prepared, yoga teacher and her lessons are inspiring and eye-opening. Glen prepares light and tasty vegetarian meals and takes care of all the important communications prior to your arrival. As the lodge is located in the middle of the nature, there are no supermarkets around, so it is a good idea to bring everything you think you will need during the retreat and some extra snacks. If during the retreat you feel like giving a feedback or ask for some changes, just talk to Sunshine and she will try to make her best so that the students will feel at home and happy with the learning process.
