Skiing School Sestriere

1 ora di lezione durata 50 min, 1 discesa dal tapis roulant piccolo, 1 da quello grande, maestro che giustamente per non arrivare all'appuntamento successivo in ritardo ci ha lasciato 10 minuti prima. Consiglio vivamente una corsia preferenziale ai maestri che svolgono lezioni private. Gestione da modificare!

Ottimi maestri, disponibili, nei periodi di forte afflusso capita che ti cambino il maestro con un altro per favorire i gruppi...

Many thanks to Andrea and Fabio , very patient and professional, 3 days lesson I already can enjoy snowboarding fully, they also very good at English so no problem for communication, highly recommended instructors .

Did group lessons with Chris for 5 days and it was great! He was a really good teacher and by Friday I felt confident to ski down blue runs. I had never skied before, and a couple days later I was able to. A great experience overall! Sestriere is beautiful and the weather was perfect!

10.5 hours of lessons and I actually got worse. Bought 4 days of group lessons and 2 x 1 hour privatesHad different instructors everyday for the group lesson telling me left shoulder down, then left is fine but right shoulder down… rotate more, no you’re rotating enough… carve more, no you’re not good enough yet to carve… On the final day the new instructor watched me and said I’d need to go down to the level 2 group because my technique was that bad. I left the group to practice on my own as it was too upsetting/frustrating. Reception did give me a refund for that day given the circumstances which I appreciate as they have a no refund policy.1 of the instructors’ English was very poor he couldn’t understand my technique questions. 1 instructor didn’t do any ‘instructing’ at all it was just a group piste trip. The final day (which I left) the instructors weren’t from the company I booked with.Logistics overall at the start of each day were confused. I was moved around multiple times to stand with different groups, one day with a teenage group (which was actually the 1 good lesson!). The weekend days we didn’t start skiing until 30 minutes after the lesson start, so bear that in mind in terms of value for moneyOverall a really demotivating experience. However, worth noting on the first day I was put with an adult group that had started learning 3 days before together… they had the same great instructor each day and had a great week, so maybe it’s a better set up for complete beginners who start on Mondays?

Ottima esperienza, in nemmeno 3 giorni hanno fatto sciare mio figlio di 5 anni che mai aveva messo gli sci ai piedi. Organizzati, premurosi, puntuali e gentili. Grazie ai maestri Christian, Alessandra e Roberto M. A presto!

Despite the extremely busy times beginning of January they were friendly and helpful. Prices remain reasonable.

Great experience here. Reception staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The snowboarding instructor we got was great too. If you stay at one of their affiliated guest houses you can get discounted rates as well.We were here in April and the weather conditions were still nice, and had some good recommendations for renting equipment and local places to check out too.First time snowboarding and had a blast.

Je n'avais plus skié depuis mes classes de neige il y a plus de 20 ans. Me voici capable de skier correctemenr après seulement une semaine de cours dans cette école. Je suis ravi de l'enseignement que j'ai reçu. Je recommande vivement!

Fantastique école, professeurs hors du commun et compétents, domaine incroyable, sans trop de monde; pour l'instant! Les cours sont en plusieurs langues, dont Italien, Français et Anglais. Je recommande cette très belle station.
