The Caire 1 apartment was perfect for our 2-week stay in Paris. There were 4 of us sharing this property, and the 2-bedroom with 2 baths was just what we needed. The second bedroom is upstairs, allowing for more privacy and it has an ensuite bathroom. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the bathrooms looked like they had been recently remodeled. The upstairs bathroom had a skylight that wasn't finished, so there was tape hanging from it and mold around it. This needs to be fixed. The small kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee pot, toaster, stove top, small refrigerator, and a small stand-alone convection oven. It also had a washer/dryer combination appliance that we used to wash and dry our clothes. The apartment is in a GREAT location, close to the metro, grocery stores (Monoprix & Fanprix), and many restaurants and shops. Clint, a very good brunch restaurant, was right across the street. We ate there a couple times. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We also very much appreciated the quick responsiveness and hospitality of our host, Lisa. She always answered our questions and messages in a timely manner and was very easy to communicate with. We also used the transfer service from and to the airport. It was great! Our driver, Alain, was on time and easy to communicate with in English on WhatsApp. He was very helpful on our departure, getting us a cart for our suitcases when we arrived at the airport. The transfer was 100 Euros each way and was well worth the money. I highly recommend this apartment to enjoy a wonderful stay in this BEAUTIFUL city!!

Je loue régulièrement les appartements chez Rent À room, la communication est fluide et le personnel très serviable et professionnel, réponse rapide et toujours au petit soin, c’est une excellente conciergerie. Merci pour les séjours toujours aussi agréable!

nous avons reserver un appartement sur rent a room en plein centre de paris très bien placer et facile d accès .je recommande sans problème

Pésimo, las fotos no muestran la realidad del lugar, q es mucho.más estrecho y pequeño.Lo único que querían era cobrar y una vez q lo hicieron, desaparecieron!Reclamamos quenel lugar no coincidía con las imágenes, que nos sentíamos engañados y no se hicieron cargo de nada, no aparecieron más y punto.Chantas, estafadores, x algo tienen puntaje tan bajo.Cuidado!No son nada recomendables

Séjour de 6 nuits à St Denis 2C’ était très bien . L’ appartement est spacieux , très fonctionnel .Nous étions très bien .

This company is terrible! The rooms are not at all as represented. They were dingy, dirty, and falling apart. When we provided the owner photos at his request showing the problems he offered a discount on a future stay but when we said we didn’t think we’d be using the site again and asked if we could get a price adjustment for our current stay, he accused us of “blackmail” and refused. In addition to the bed stains, moldy hot water kettle, peeling paint, broken stools, and counter that was falling apart, every day around 10am a terrible, strong sewage smell arose from the shower drain and we had to leave the apartment because we were gagging. All of this would have been partially offset if it was at least inexpensive, but you can find luxury hotels in the same neighborhood for less money. In all the times we’ve visited France and all the places we’ve stayed, we’ve never had such a horrible experience.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans un appartement Parisien rue Blanche .Très bien situé et très calme .Notre hôte est très gentil et arrangeant pour les arrivées anticipées.Je recommande et surtout pour notre prochain voyage à Paris, nous n’hésiterons pas une seule seconde .
