Serviciile sunt deplorabile.Nu luați mașinii de la acesta companie sau de la Hertz, sunt aceeași dar cu alta palarie. Va spune că mașina nu are nici o zgârietură dar de fapt e lovită.

I rented an electric Peugeot 2008 for four days with unlimited range. Despite some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the pickup and return of the vehicle went. There were no problems or additional charges. However, it would have been great if the exterior of the car was cleaned before pickup. The staff spoke English and were very friendly.

J'ai loué une voiture et lors de récupération l'agent me dit qu'il y a une promo pour le surclassement et que pour seulement une trentaine d'euros je peux avoir une 3008 à la place de la fiat 500, j'accepte et il me dit que ca sera débité directement sur ma carte.Quand je rend la voiture, je reçois la facture qui annonce 120 euros pour le surclassement et que j'ai une réduction de 30 euros, du coup, je serai débité de 90 euros. Je contacte le service client mais pas de réponse concrète à mon sujet. Je trouve que la communication de l agent est malhonnête

After reading the dreadful reviews, I was a bit scared to rent from this Thrifty location, but we had a great overall experience. Thrifty is now colocated and co-operated with Hertz, so maybe these reviews were for an older operation. The desk is a short free shuttle ride from the airport. The associates who helped us when picking up and dropping off were both friendly and effective, we were able to start our rental earlier than scheduled, and we even ended up paying less than we expected as our quote apparently included a tank of gas, and despite a 25€ fee to cross the border that we hadn't planned for. On the slight minus side, the car was a diesel and manual, which is a bit surprising in 2019. We'll use this rental location again when visiting the Alps.

I returned my car on time at 1220 but no one was there, so as instructed posted keys in safety box. They didn't empty the box until 1930 and are claiming that's when I returned the car and have charged an extra day. Despite my taking a flight at 1350 AND sending them a date and time stamped photograph showing the car in their carpound, they refuse to refund the money. Avoid Hertz/Thrifty.Update: finally I see they’ve returned the money to my credit card. But what a fight. And did they bother telling me? No, of course not. Text book example of how to lose future business.

Недорогой прокат автомобилей в аэропорту Лиона. Вежливый персонал, быстрая выдача автомобиля. С возвратом автомобиля также нет проблем: всё достаточно быстро и качественно. Из аэропорта до проката можно доехать на бесплатном регулярном автобусе.

Do NOT rent from here!!!The worst service ever! They rip you off of additional fees and pretend that it is a requirement in France.

Voiture de location non disponible a l arrivée malgré ma reservation.Impossibilite d avoir une autre voiture.Impossibilite d annuler ma réservation a l agence.J appelle le service client qui me dit qu il vont me facturer 75€ d annulation.Ils ne peuvent appeler l agenc pour vérifier le problème.C est à moi d obtenir un papier de l agence justifiant qu ils n ont pas pu me fournir de véhicule, d écrire un email pour être remboursé!Scandale.Je déconseille fortement
