Studio parfait pour un court séjour sur Paris dans un quartier connu dans le monde entier pour un prix identique au autres quartiers parisiens

Impossibilité d'accéder à notre chambre malgré les multiples appels avec le service client (pas de présence sur place, tout se fait au téléphone, sans tomber systématiquement sur le même interlocuteur).Il nous a alors été proposé d'être déplacé dans un autre hôtel à Ponthieu...mais la piètre qualité des avis sur Google nous a fait préférer un autre plan.Malgré ça, WS et Booking ont procédé, sous 1,5 mois au remboursement (avec 3 relances).Hôtelerie à éviter donc !

Appartamento, come indicato correttamente anche nel sito internet, veramente molto piccolo ma ben accessoriato, funzionale e confortevole, letti comodi, molto pulito, procedura di check-in via internet impeccabile e molto comoda. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno breve, posizione eccezionale nel pieno cuore di Parigi, ma al contempo tranquilla e sicura. 4 stelle solo per le dimensioni ridotte.

Un bel posto dove soggiornare a due giorni passi dagli Champs-Elysées. Funzionale e molto pulito. Unica pecca: solo una saponetta ed un dispenser di sapone quindi consiglio di portare tutto da casa per potersi lavare. Il prezzo in linea con il centro di Parigi.

Thanks to the professionalism of Annah, I had an amazing stay in Paris at the WS Colomb. Also a shout out to the ladies who clean the apartment, every time seams brand new, like a hotel.Can’t wait to be back in Paris at one of WS apartments

Le point positif est l’emplacement. La literie n’est pas très confortable et c’est vraiment très petit. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée mais le linge de lit n’était pas nickel. Nous avons été réveillés par des bruits car les murs sont très fin et le livreur du petit déjeuner a sonné à 9h alors que nous avions indiqué pas avant 10h… c’est dommage, pour le prix nous chercherons autre chose la prochaine fois!

l’emplacement est idéal : en plein cœur de la ville lumièrela chambre était très jolie, propre & spacieuse, nous avons passés un excellent séjour !nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Unfortunately, my experience was not good at all. In general: very bad communication, customer service isn't local and it's hard to make something clear and get something done. It al started with a bad payment link (only valid for 30 mins??) and charging the wrong amount (too little), after several calls to the bad CS mentioned earlier, they send a new payment link with the charge being too high. It took my colleague several days to sort this mess out. My main issue was however the shower stall in my room. The door was tiny (no more 35cm) and I simply couldn't get in. So if you carry that little bit of extra weight, are pregnant, or are rocking that dad bod, don't bother. You won't be able to take a shower. CS was contacted again, and they refused to provide me with another room (while hotels are mandatory to have rooms available for disabilities for example). After a full day of back and forth calls, they finally offered a room, 30 mins by metro away. This was not a great option in regards to my work and the reason I was even in Paris. Eventually we were able to get room in another hotel (which was way better btw), and I was able to take a shower after 2 days. For those wondering: 35cm does not meet building regulations. For me this was a very embarrassing situation to be in, and I do not want anyone else experiencing anything similar to this. If you have doubts, please just book another room. This place is not worth the hassle. O before I forget, they did try to make things better and gave me box of chocolates... which had a hair on them. Perfect.

Dreadful company to deal with!!!Refused to allow me to change the dates of my reservation despite the terms of my reservation clearly stating that 1 date change was allowed.Atrocious communication. I wasted so much time trying to get in contact with the property without response.No luggage storage at the apartments, instead you need to pay to have luggage stored off site which is onconvenient and expensive.

Très bien situé avec vue sur une court intérieur dans les deux appartements où j'ai logé. Présence d'un petit climatiseur qui m'a permis de survivre avec les chaleurs :) petit bémol sur l'appart 14: pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenetre car le lit avec la couette est trop haut donc à revoir... et dans les deux appartements que j'ai fait dans cette résidence - l'eau chaude met bien 1min30 voir 2 min à arriver... mais sinon très bel appartement :)
