Étonnant excellent service de la part de la jeune coiffeuse enceinte (j'ai malheureusement oublié son prénom) et de sa collègue qui l'accompagnait Safa (si je ne me trompe pas). J'y suis allée un samedi matin, j'ai été reçue avec un grand sourire aux lèvres et avec de bonnes attentions. Merci !

Le meilleur coiffeur à Paris !! Personnel très accueillant !! J'ai fait une coupe, un brushing et un balayage, je me suis chouchoutée ! c'était super ! Merci Merci Mohamed Houcine pour ton professionnalisme et ton agréable humeur ! Je recommande fortement !!!

Nul de chez nul je vous conseille pas. j'ai demandé du balayage miel il m'a fait du blanc. leur produits ont bcp abîmé mes cheveux alors que j'ai l'habitude de faire des balayage mais j'ai jamais eu ce résultat.. je reviendrai jamais même pas pour un brushing

Je viens tout juste de sortir du salon, j ai demandé un ombré naturel proche de ma couleur naturelle tout en apportant de la lumière. Première fois de ma vie qu une coiffeuse répond à mes besoins. Coiffeuse très à l écoute, j ai rien a dire parfait ! J y retournerai et emmènerai mes proches

I book to dye my gray hair on the roots. I asked for my natural color dye. They applied a completely different color and the brushing was not well done (I asked to straighten my hair since I have it curly and the only thing they did is frizzing it). Once I left the place I saw the color applied (natural open air lights) and I was shocked of the difference.I called and they gave me an appointment again confirming the reservation and that I would not have to pay again. A few minutes before the appointment I called again to make sure and they had not registered my reservation. When I returned to the hairdresser I was attended by another person who was not aware of the situation. He dyed me again and this time they applied my natural color well. The hairstyle was also better than the last time, however the hairdresser burned me several times (I understand that it happens once but not several). The way he treated my hair was rough. Dying my hair 2 times in a week I decided to get a mask treatment which I was obviously willing to pay for even though they might have included it because of their mistake. Once I go to pay, they tell me that I also have to pay for dyeing and blow-drying. After explaining to them that they told me on the phone that they would do it for free, they apologize and tell me that they didn't know I had called them (the girl I spoke to forgot to record the reservation). In the end I didn’t have to pay for the color but I did have to pay for the blow-drying and the mask (€40 more when they told me on the phone that I wouldn't have to pay but they didn't specify that it only included the color). I don't go to a hairdresser to come out with wet hair. Very poor organization and little professionalism. I have been to many hairdressers in my life and this is my worst experience

Plutôt décevant ! Je suis passée il y a un mois pour une shampooing + coupe + brushing et j’ai été très déçue. On ne m’a pas laissé le choix entre ciseaux et tondeuse : la coiffeuse m’a imposé une coupe à la tondeuse pliée en même pas 15 min. Résultat les pointes sont fourches et irrégulières. La coiffeuse ne s’est pas soucié de savoir si la température de l’eau ou du séchoir était bonne, le brushing était désagréable.Même si le personnel est souriant, on ne vous propose pas de vous débarrasser de vos affaires ou un simple verre d’eau.Rapport qualité/prix peu intéressant

Franchement , a déconseiller, c est hyoer cher, ca dure des heures et des heures, on viens midi pour terminer 21h!! , très mauvaise organisation.... c est le chao

Totalement déçue de la prestation. Certes l’équipe est chaleureuse mais aucun respect du timing. J’étais présente au salon à 14h, je suis sortie à 17h30. Pour être honnête, j’étais prise en charge directement sauf que j’ai passé tt l’après midi à attendre à se qu’on me rince les cheveux pour passer à la coupe + brushing. Le personnel est très débordé par plusieurs tâches à la fois ( préparation café / coloration plusieurs clientes à la fois / papotage)J’ai demandé une coloration naturelle, je suis sortie avec une autre couleur qui vire vers le bordeau.Coupe mal faite, j’ai du la refaire tt seule.Brushing imparfait.En gros payer 80euros pour une prestation d’amateurs vaut mieux chercher ailleurs ….
