Sebastien’s recently renovated ‘suite’ is very comfortable and the interconnecting bedrooms work well for a family. The rooms are part of a characterful farmhouse and garden decorated with bold wallpaper choices and upcycled furniture; eclectic and a world away from the sterile rooms of a chain hotel. We loved our breakfast rhubarb and prune confits, which had come from fruit grown in the garden, as were the apples and peaches on offer as well. Strong coffee and chilled orange juice, together with fresh bread and natural yoghurt meant choosing to add breakfast was the right decision. If you want a comfortable stay alongside a friendly host in his stylishly renovated farmhouse, this is the right choice
