Nul personne pour accueillir l'heure du rdv pas la bonne une heure d'attente pour enfin être accueilli dans une salle qui sert de réfectoire pour le personnel nul zéro

In short, OFII sent us to this office. What a complete mess. No queue, No instructions. We came to get the details of our govt mandated french classes, ended up going home with a paper saying they don't have the classes at the moment and will contact us via email... A 2hr back and forth trip that could have been a phone call or video call. The Detailed Version...Everyone, us included, arrived before the appointed time and waited in a 2x4m hallway (+10 adults and children) before being ushered into a room and told to wait. No other instructions given.Only after everyone was seated, one of the staff came to the room to call one of us (in french) to another to be interviewed... Here's where things get messy because there is NO QUEUE system. The staff even said for us to figure it out amongst ourselves. So how do you decide who goes first last when everyone was on time and crammed like sardines in a hallway? Needless to say no queue was established because no one knew each other nor would speak to one another because some could speak and understand French while some others couldn't. So it was a case of every man for himself". We didn't want to wait forever so stood by the door to the interview room. This displeased one man who confronted us by accusing us of cutting the queue (that clearly didn't exist) because he was closer to the entrance door to SJT office than us.A small investment in numbered papers would probably make all those came (and those who will have to in the future) happier
