BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY BUS (LINE 50) TICKETS INTO BASEL HERE (Basel Airport Arrivals) VIA CREDIT CARD. It’s a cash advance transaction and my credit card charged the minimum $10 cash advance fee and interest charge on top of the cost of the bus tickets. If I received any warning by the teller or a sign (i.e., full disclosure) that the credit card charge was being processed as “cash like” transaction I would have found somewhere else or online to buy them. Never buy from a currency exchange place unless you want to exchange money. Lesson learned.

A FUIR !Taux de change abusif et arnaque pour des billets de train reliant l'aéroport de Londres à son centre.Un service clients qui ne fait preuve d'aucune bonne foi et qui couvre ses employés lorsque ceux-ci font des erreurs. Et c'est le client qui paye !

The exchange rate was on the board but somehow the teller ignored that and made up their own rate. Taking almost 30CHF off the value of 100. They held a massive wad of notes in my desired currency.I said no thank you, walked away. 20 minutes later I decided to go back and ask for the rate on the board. Was told they had no more and if habe to wait until 3:30pm. I'm at a departure gate. Extremely suspect. I will never recommend this place
