Absolutely excellent service! I booked an appointment for a cut&blow dry, fringe, perm, and brow lamination all at once, and it all got done simultaneously, in one day by different staff. The quality of service was on top, I totally love my new look and am receiving compliments on a daily basis :) Totally recommend, will come back again for more!

My first haircut experience in Geneva and I don’t think I will go anywhere else. I got my hair cut by Amy. She’s really amazing, very efficient and at the same time very meticulous as well on what she’s doing. Apart from that, the team was also very friendly.. Really having nothing bad to say.

A few months ago I took the chance and booked myself an appointment at Tony and Guy, that's when I met their stylist Amy. I explained to her I suffered from hair loss during the pandemic therefore losing a lot of volume. She immediately understood the assignment and cut my hair beautifully! 3 months out and I'm still rocking the haircut - and I've regained my confidence :) She also showed me which products to use and shared some very important styling tips. I had the most wonderful experience with Amy. A year ago, at a different salon, someone else gave me a dreadful haircut and I haven't had hair that I liked since. I went to Amy a bit nervous - it's my first time getting my hair colored and cut in Switzerland. During the consultation she listened very carefully to what I wanted (balayage with a root smudge and a bob cut) - and even went above and beyond what I wanted. In the whole process she communicated well about what she was doing and why, and what she recommended and how to care for things. She even volunteered to have me call her and come in for a touch up if I am not satisfied after I wash it, which is a sign to me of someone who truly cares about delivering a great result that suits the needs of their customers. The end result was great an meaningful as I finally have hair I am proud of after a year of always putting it up or hiding it. I recommend her to anyone who is a bit timid about getting their hair done in Geneva for the first time - I am definitely going back!
