Feel Good Yoga Vieux Boucau - Carmen URBAN

Carmen is an amazing yoga teacher. I wish I could take her home. She is assisting everyone to find the asana and feel into it. Every lesson has a theme which she explains at the beginning. The structure of the lesson feels good. It is challenging and relaxing. You can buy a multiple fare card which I did straight after my first lesson. Excellent experience!

Being an absolute beginner, I can definitely recommend Samatva Yoga!!Although being partly surrounded by experienced yogi following the same course, the teacher always managed to make me feel comfortable with what I was doing. Help was offered as soon as I didn't do the exercise correctly, in a way that it didn't make me feel ridiculous. Although being in a group during course, I never felt like holding the program back because the teacher kept the others busy while I was offered the help and time needed.The relaxing surroundings at the beach combined with the passion of the yoga teacher make the whole a highly recommendable experience for both experienced and less experienced participants enjoying their holidays in Vieux-Bouceau.Again, thank you for having me three times already in your course! :)

Super cours de yoga! Carmen crée une atmosphère parfaite pour un vrai moment de pause et de douceur. On ressort de ses cours physiquement détendu, ressourcé et rempli de bonne énergie!!
