Got very good service both at pick up and when i returned the car in a different terminal. If you have a dent or small scratch, they will not charge anything unless it goes beyond certain boundaries (they use a template). Got a brand new car, but some features didn't work so they offered me a free upgrade voucher when I reported the issue.

Contrary to a lot of the other reviews here, I had a very great rental experience with National, part of the EAN family, when I landed in Paris. I normally utilize Hertz, as I am a Gold Circle member, however at Charles DeGaulle Airport, Hertz is very poorly rated and I couldn't get online with them nor could I get through with a phone call. When I arrived at Terminal 2, the EAN trailer and booth were very accessible right outside the doors. I was assigned a vehicle immediately with no line and no wait. Upon heading to the lot Florian" assisted me locating my vehicle. He quickly recognized that the car was not up to standard and upgraded me on the spot. He led me to a shiny Volkswagen T-Cross compact SUV. I was initially supposed to have a Nissan Rogue "or similar". The first vehicle was some sort of crossover car. Knowing I would be out in hedgerow country in Normandy

Des voleurs! A fuire!Pratique commerciales discriminatoires et douteuses!Comme deja dit dans d'autres commentaires on pretend qu'a cause d'un changement de règlement ils ne louent plus au residents en il de France, sauf qu'il est toujours possible de reserver. En plus les informations communiqués par les opérateurs sont contradictoires et pas en ligne avec la pancarte expose ou en fait il est juste spécifié qu'on doit avoir un billet de train ou d'avion..

Had a rental in December, and got a flat tyre, we were stranded in -6c weather for around 2 hours with children (not directly the CDG branches fault) eventually had a taxi arranged to pick us up and return us to our hotel (around an hour’s drive).I was promised multiple calls regarding a replacement, however was just pushed from one department from the next, I’m told it was at branch level that it should have been sorted, but they didn’t respond to emails or calls, at one point when emailing the French customer service address, I had an automated response saying they aim to get back to me with 21 days! I eventually gave up and spent the rest of our holiday without a car, spending a substantial amount of money on buses and taxis.I’m now nearly 60 days since the rental and as per their terms and conditions, they have applied a €2800 charge against my card whilst they sort the damage report out (they have 90 days) whilst it’s in the T&Cs I find this time ridiculous considering it was a punctured tyre, a full scale accident then I could understand the time needed.Personally I’d avoid using them, very unhelpful, and not responsive in the slightest

This is the kind of site that gives National a bad name, which is a pity, because they are beginning to get it right elsewhere.At pickup in Terminal 2, we got a car that had a broken gas/petrol gauge (it showed 7/8 when full); low pressure in one tire, and too high in others; no windscreen washer fluid; a warning saying that we needed to add AzBlue diesel engine fluid; and an instruction manual only in Turkish. When we dropped it off, it took several minutes to get somebody's attention, and they completely ignored my attempt to report these problems.

J'ai oublié une pochette avec Passeport, permis de conduire, porte monnaie, carte de credit dans un véhicule rendu hier (10/01/19) et depuis ce matin 8 heures impossible d'obtenir (par le biais du centre d'appel) la moindre réponse de l'agence de ROissy T2 donc peu d'espoir de revoir ma pochette et son contenu car le véhicule est sans doute déjà parti … j'ai appelé déjà plus de 10 fois ! les agents du centre d'appel n'arrivent pas à les joindre et la seule fois ou l'adjoint de l'agence a pu être en ligne il m'a repondu qu'il me rappelerai dans les 2 heures cela fait maintenant 4 heures et j'attend toujours !!! une fois que l'on a payé on n'est plus du tout intéressant ??Très décue car la prise en charge et la retour c'etait très bien passé et le véhicule très correct.

Very bad service, unprofessional and on top dishonest.They did charge me extra with out giving me the proof of wrong doing.For my fellow Americans, they use you jet lag so you cannot check the car, and then charge you extra when you come to give the car back.National is good in the US, not in France. A place to avoid (if you have to use them, please take the time to take picture all around, but even if this case, do not think they would behave professionally).Très mauvaise experience et une agence malhonnête, éviter de louer chez eux.

Only 1 staff (nice lady doing as fast as she could) on a very busy saturday (yeah week end) I've been queuing for more than an hour to register myself and now we still did not get our car... Still waiting... We are the travelling with a 2 year old toodler.... It is not OK to wait for more than 2 hours for a car.... Clearly need improvement!!!
