Cuisine Elegante

Best cooking class ever. And, I have taken them around the world. Veronique knows the best shops for ingredients. Totally hands on (unlike others where you watch). Made French sauces soooo easy to make. Come hungry-you get plenty to eat. Highly recommend!!

What a delightful experience.Veronique is a breath of fresh air. We did a market tour and cooking class. She gave a new meaning to the French concept of knowing where your food comes from, and also knowing the people you buy your food from. We planned a menu, found the freshest ingredients, and cooked in her lovely Parisian apartment. Duck Confit, Olive Tapenade (with anchovies- new to me) and Tomatoes Provençal's were a few of the delicious foods we cooked. Served of course with some lovely Rose wine. I loved every moment and left with a full heart.If you are looking for an authentic French experience. This is it.

So so happy that my husband found the lovely Veronique! Her cooking class is unmatched. She helped us create the menu we wanted, took us shopping around local shops, and provided her beautiful home where we cooked and ate. Veronique is the sweetest woman ever and we truly enjoyed our time with her. It was the perfect start to our vacation in Paris! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

Veronique is wonderful. From the second we met her in the middle of the beautiful, neighborhood market we knew we were in good hands. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and relaxed. We had a tour of the market, selecting the perfect ingredients for our menu and then took a short Uber ride to her apartment. What a generous treat! The windows were open and the table set when we arrived. We could hear the school kids playing down below.The recipes were delicious and simple enough for everyone to get (and stay) involved. We all savored every bite.No detail was overlooked. If I could give six stars, I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the most amazing experience cooking with Véronique! The creation of the recipes she chose and conversation were enjoyable and relaxing. The meal and setting were beyond what we imagined.

Our group of four had the ultimate French cuisine experience with Veronique. It was a highlight of our Paris trip--from shopping for the freshest seasonal ingredients (it was spring meaning Morrels, white asparagus, and duck confit!) to learning the fine details of Parisian cooking techniques to the most delicious lunch prepared by US in Veronique's beautiful apartment. This was so much more than a typical cooking class and we got to take all of our knowledge (and a few key ingredients) back the U.S. with us. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

My 10 year old granddaughter and I booked a cooking class with Cuisine Eleganté before we left the states for our Paris adventure. It was as one of the funnest things we did while in Paris! We loved going to the market with Veronique to shop for the ingredients we needed for our pre-planned menu. We arrived at Veronique’s lovely apartment and got started. Veronica was great with my granddaughter, leading her and allowing her to fully participate in preparing every aspect of our meal. My granddaughter’s favorite was the crêpes! She was so excited when she successfully flipped the crêpes! We both had a wonderful time with Veronique! Thank you for the great memories!

What an enjoyable class! Highly recommend it!Veronique is incredibly knowledgeable about French cuisine and all things local. Her recipes are choice. She is a delightful chef and remarkable instructor.Shopping and visiting with local vendors in the markets was an education in itself. The selecting of local specialties: pâtè, sausage, poultry and mussels was a treat.The class is information packed and moves right along, the time is well used. We learned enough at every step of the prep to believe we can replicate our chosen dishes at home and use our new skills on other recipes.The meal provides the opportunity to see exactly how the ingredients and prep come together to make for elegant diningIt was great fun learning to prepare elegant French cuisine!
