Endroit calme et accueillant où j'adore venir pratiquer. Pierre est un professeur très expérimenté qui sait nous amener en toute bienveillance à dépasser nos blocages et à explorer la pratique de l'ashtanga. Perrine est aux petits soins et on se sent dans ce shala, comme chez soi.

Merveilleux centre de yoga niché dans un havre de paix et de verdure. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'approche authentique du Ashtanga offerte par cette Shala.

I found this hidden gem of a shala by chance and am incredibly grateful for Perrine and Pierre to have welcomed me so warmly in their beautiful place (most amazing garden view right from the mat!). Pierre is a very experienced but also very kind and grounded teacher who will allow and enable his students to walk their own path, assisting respectfully their very personal journey within the ashtanga vinyasa system, never imposing any belief systems or his own persona nor judging a students personal journey on the mat. He and Perrine have indeed created a most warm and welcoming space where a student can learn, evolve and safely explore their asana practice & what lays beyond.I do highly recommend this place !
