Functional and practical, very busy and efficient.But queues can be slow to move at times, especially if the airport is busy, which it can get as its a small airport but serving three different countries. And not a huge amount of shops, restaurants or bars in the airport.Good service via bus to Basel city, bus is very regular and it only takes about 20 minutes or so to get to the Swiss city.Interesting that it is an airport with a border, one can walk into France from Switzerland within the airport itself!

Immigration very fast. Choose French or Swiss track.Today my luggage took 45 min to collect.Was flying Turkish Airlines.It seems airport service is a little down.If you are heading Basel, best is to take a taxi of about 35-45 CHF.10 min almost the distance between airport and the city.

An airport located in France near the border of Swiss, while arriving you have to be careful which side do you want to travel based on that you should be exiting the airport, it’s a bit confusing there.You have limited options for eating. By public transport reaching here from France side is easy. But from Swiss side it’s a tricky one if you are coming from Basel SBB, manes sure that you have triregio ticket otherwise you can buy that from SBB along with the ticket to Basel SBB it’s called city ticket in SBB app. In app it will cost you 6chf but if you buy triregio ticket from Basel station or even through SBB app separately then it costs 10.50chf . Also make sure you check out the duty free outlets in the airport you will get some offers on shopping there.

after being evacuated and waiting outside for 4 hours in the rain, we were sent home by the lady on the check-in gate, because our flight was cancelled. In the evening we checked the schedule again and saw that our flight had departed. easyjet refused to reschedule our flights and suggests contacting the airport manager, because flight wasn’t actually cancelled and the airport suggests contacting easyjet support, because they can’t help also. thanks for a wonderful weekend

The airport is a lot smaller than expected which makes it easy to navigate through and get out quickly and through security. What is lacking is a choice of retailers and restaurants to choose from after security. Duty free was a decent size. Seating could have been in better condition. Overall a pleasant experience.

Pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar las esperas. Baños ok, asientos con enchufes, hay algunas tiendas para comer, algunas máquinas de juegos para niños. Los precios más elevados de lo que habitualmente ya son en los apts.

Vaya aeropuerto mas malo!! No tienen apenas asientos en las puertas de embarque, la gente come en el suelo, si encima tienes retraso, tienes que esperar en el suelo si o sí, parece mentira que exista algo tan precario.Alucino con las opiniones de la gente que dige que es un aeropuerto muy bueno…

Bel aéroport, hormis les portes 78 + ne sont pas très accueillantes, beaucoup de passagers assis par terre. Les toilettes sont pas très propres et malodorantes.

The airport is clean and well maintained. Good public transportation connection to the city. Bit congested at the security checks. And not many seats available at each gate.

Excelente aeropuerto, en buenas condiciones, el personal es atento y tiene conexión con Suiza, Alemania y Francia, este último siendo el que lo alberga en su territorio.Durante la experiencia no presenté retrasos ni contratiempos

The people who work in the airport are very helpful and professional, line for passport control was very long and slow, there was no duty free shop for arrivals as well

Une valise égarée à notre retour de vacances ! Personnel très désagréable ! Seulement 2 personnes à l’écoute sur 6 rencontrées … la valise a soit disant été localisée sur un autre aéroport et devait être rapatriée ce jour sur Mulhouse. Énièmes aller retour pour enfin récupérer la valise et non fausse joie ! Toujours rien ! Service incompétent +++ A dégoûter de l’avion

Pretty happy with the service: security check was quick and polite, easy directions shown, but we had a gate change which is never funny. Toilets were acceptable in terms of cleanessThough not much variety to eat or drink.Small airport that is easily accessible from Basel train station with bus 50
