The hotel decor was very beautiful and comfortable. The rooms were stunning with the technology, tablets control everything there, lights, TV, blinds. The washroom was incredible. Very comfortable room, accommodating staff. The check in/out process was fast and efficient.

I stayed here during an overnight layover, and it was exactly what I needed. Check in was extremely fast and efficient and I was in my room less than 10 minutes after arriving. The room itself was modern and very clean. The bar and restaurant downstairs was equally efficient, and the staff was very friendly. Overall a much better experience than many other airport hotels I’ve stayed at!

I am so grateful for my stay at citizenM Paris Airport. The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport via tram. I had complications with my travels and the citizenM made navigating my change in travel plans so much easier. They allowed me to make a last minute reservation and check in early. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable after my difficult travels. They were so kind and made extra effort with special touches to brighten my day. The room was super comfortable with a spacious king bed and very clean. The food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. I can't recommend this hotel enough if you have a layover or a quick stop in Paris.

Tiny room, feels like staying in a caravan. The room is the size of the bed and shower (not an exaggeration, this room is tiny).There is self check in and there is no water, coffee, tea or anything in the room itself. You cannot contact the staff without going downstairs, and the controls on the ipad don't work.Stay at any of the other airport hotels for less cost and a much better experience.I highly recommend avoiding this hotel, you will pay a huge amount to stay in a youth hostel.

Stayed at one of their NY locations and loved it so had reasonably high expectations. Was not disappointed!! Clean rooms, incredible staff, and the breakfast was great. I love that allergens are clearly marked. Reasonably priced (room, breakfast) as well. Truly thrilled. If it wasn't for my flight I would have loved to stay longer. Not just" an airport hotel

My spouse and I stayed here for one night to shower and get some sleep during our layover. The hotel was clean, bed was comfy, and all staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the coffee was delicious.We stayed at the Seattle location at the start of our trip and it was really awful, so we were nervous for this one but we were pleasantly surprised and almost left in tears because we were so grateful for the kindness after a long journey. We also ran into another couple from Canada who live about an hour away from us, they accompanied us to the airport and we had a wonderful chat with them.All in all, a wonderful experience and we would 100% stay at this hotel again. If anyone who works there is reading this, thank you so much from two very tired and worn out Canadians!

Very convenient self check in and check out with touch screens. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and all speak perfect English. The rooms are convenient for a one night stay in an airport hotel, well soundproofed and spotlessly clean.The breakfast is quite expensive but we had the best buffet scrambled eggs ever here. A shame that coffee is charged separately but again, it was excellent coffee (there is a large selection to choose from).

I really love this hotel, this is one of my favorite hotels I’ve visited when staying near an airport. It was cute, trendy, full of people, and the staff was really friendly. I really enjoyed how they integrated unique designs in architecture along with technology in their hotel. Would definitely stay there if you were looking for someplace close to the airport in Paris to stay. It’s a quick five minute walk just along a flat promenade, so it’s easy to take your luggage with you as well.

Great place, unique with style and all modern tech. Self checkin, but there is assistant to help. Small rooms but really it's nice and quaint. The rooms are clean and the everyone is controlled via iPad which is cool and you order everything as well the only minus I had to go down to pick my order otherwise very freidnly staff good atmosphere worth its money.

Staff so friendly and wonderful - a really cool vibe - awesome change from old and tired airport hotel" -- loved loved loved everything about it ! ❤️Just a note - I believe all the rooms are the same and the way my bed was configured if u are sleeping 2 people one person has to crawl over other or u exit bed feet first - but bed was huge - linens awesomeCool touches in the room. Dinner was good - bartender makes best Moscow mule - wonderful breakfast buffet. Completely satisfied!"
