Restaurant déconseillé aux parents avec enfants. Poussette non acceptée, menu obligatoire pour les enfants (même a 3 ans). On s’est gentiment vu refuser la réservation. Première fois que ça m’arrive et c’est très désagréable. Une chose est sure nous n’irons jamais ! Le profit et uniquement le profit compte dans ce restaurant.

Food was okay but not much for the price. Seemed like a tourist scam. All meals prix fix and we were admonished for trying to share an appetizer. Worst experience of the 2 weeks spent in Beaune by far. Despite what the owner responded to my post, this is a different response from my husband's, but true it was the same experience. Buyer beware ... there is a reason why we were able to get a table without a reservation.

The food was okay, the sushi was average at bestand the pricing was basically predatory. There is no way to order less than two entrees and one main per person. I guess that is somewhat understandable when you realize how small the portions are. I can’t recommend this restaurant at all. After 2 weeks, this was the first time in Beaune where I felt like I was being targeted as a tourist.

Un restaurant tenu par un couple japonais. L'accueil est aimable et chaleureux. Le décor sobre et d'inspiration nippone. Même l'ambiance sonore et olfactive rappelle l'archipel.La nourriture est exquise. Le service très convivial. Des moments très agréables garantis.Belle adresse à (ré) essayer !

I wish I could give BISSOH five stars, but the quality didn't match the price. The sushi was excellent and prepared in the traditional way, and the miso aubergine was creative and delicious. I also really enjoyed the plating of the deep-fried oysters--the shell atop packed salt reminded me of an ocean's cresting wave. Unfortunately the tempura was soft and tasted too much of the oil used for frying. The pork cheek, while tasty and technically well prepared, felt uninspired. The wine list is excellent.

Quantité ridicule dans l’assiette , temps d’attente beaucoup trop élevé ! ( 3h pour manger 2 entrées et un plat )Je ne recommande pas , beaucoup trop chère pour des produits relativement simple.Accueil assez froid.

Bissoh came as a recommendation from our hotel after we found out most restaurants/shops close on Sundays. It turned out to be one of our favorite meals in France! Every dish was so masterfully plated by the chef who you can watch if you can snag at seat at the high top. Don't skip on what will be the tastiest eggplant/aubergine you'll ever have!

Cadre élégant, cuisine précise et savoureuse.Une carte des vins époustouflante.Un très bon établissement avec des prix cohérents.Ris de veau, fleures de courgettes, bœuf maturé.Je recommande vivement.

Malheureusement nous sommes tombés un soir où la propriétaire était seule au service. Résultat: nous avons attendu plus d’une heure d’être servis et plus de 45 min entre chaque plat (des sushis…)Il manquait également deux plats sur la carte qui nous faisaient vraiment de l’œil. Les produits sont néanmoins très frais et le chef cuisine sous nos yeux.

Un Resto japonais typique avec carte de vin de fou. Prix légèrement cher mais la qualité de produit se justifie. Carte de vin bien flambée... mais ça veut le coût de passer une fois.

We loved the quality, the precision and the details.The sushi and sashimi was most likely the best we have had in Europe, melt in your mouth delicate.All the food was delectable.The service was friendly, accommodating and efficient even when the small restaurant was packed full and they were clearly working very hard to provide such service.It’s clear that the ingredients are painstakingly sourced and chosen with care.The wine list is mind blowing.If you are not looking for a gastronomic experience with a wine selection that makes sommeliers cry you should find another restaurant.In response to the people complaining about portion sizes, have you never eaten at a gastronomic restaurant before?We left full and happy.We will definitely be back next time we are in Beaune.Don’t hesitate to reserve as it’s a small cosy place, and I highly recommend sitting at the bar so you can enjoy watching the chef.

Je ne pourrai pas juger de la qualité des plats car nous n'avons pas pu franchir la porte du restaurant. Notre réservation pour 5 personnes a été refusée sous prétexte que nous avons une enfant de 6 mois avec nous. En plus de n'être pas commerçant, c'est tout simplement discriminatoire et illégal. Passez votre chemin si vous avez des enfants, ils ne sont pas les bienvenus.

Un véritable coup de coeur. Je me suis cru revenus au japon. Des saveurs authentiques sublimes, un accueil très chaleureux. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment correct. Je recommande sans hésitez. Une très belle soirée. Le meilleur restaurant japonais que j'ai fait en europe.

Pour nous qui vivons en Asie depuis 10 ans voici enfin un vrai restaurant Japonais, délicieux Sashimi, Riz de veaux, Boeuf de Galice à tomber, toutes les cuissons sont maitrisées à la perfection sans compter une carte de vins divine
