Good location with huge room！Located on the side streets of the Champs-Elysees, it is convenient to the metro station and the Arc de Triomphe. It's probably Paris Fashion Week so it's not cheap. The service is perfect! Especially I have to mentioned the receptionist who can speak Chinese.( sorry I didn’t ask his name) Really appreciate him for helping us a lot! He made us realize that there are not only proud French people in Paris, but also many very friendly and kind people. (After all, we lived in London and spoke only English and Chinese, so our travels didn't go very well.) The room is very large and the bathroom has heating! If you have to pick a bone, it is the bathroom window can not be opened. But at night, the faint shadows (possibly flowers) that can be seen outside through the window are a little scary. Other than that, it's perfect. The impressive thing is breakfast. Croissants are the best, freshest baked ones I've had in Paris! Hot milk and tea will be provided after the waiter asks you. Great experience! Thanks again to everyone in reception for their hospitality. Will choose this hotel again next time!

Hôtel Elysia by Inwood Hotels
This is a beautiful, hidden gem of a hotel. Everything from start to finish was lovely and luxurious. They have immaculate service that started prior to arrival and I was met with thoughtful staff and meaningful touches (welcome notes, treats etc) upon arrival. The room was beautifully put together, quiet (I never heard anyone when in my room) and very spacious. I also loved the additional seating areas they had available on the first floor in the event you need a place to wait. The location is in great proximity to everything I had planned for my trip while still providing a more authentic Parisiene experience. One note, because this is a smaller hotel there may not be a room available for early check-in. It wasn't a problem because I was able to eat breakfast at their restaurant and blew through some time until I needed to head out to my appointment. Just be sure to plan accordingly. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I'm in Paris!

I booked the Signature suite in August for over EU1,200. The room and staff were good and friendly however I was not informed at time of booking that both spa and gym were shut during my stay. Following my visit I gave feedback to the hotel. They gave poor response that this could have been found on the website (very poorly explained) and when I escalated to the general manager I did not get a response.If you value service particularly if you stay in good hotels, I would strongly not recommend Hotel Elysia. If their GM does not have the courtesy to respond I think it tells you all you need about teh service culture of the hotel.

Tout était parfait ! Chambre spacieuse à la décoration feutrée et chaleureuse, il ne manque rien. Nous avons aussi déjeuner au restaurant le Bayadère excellent, très belle décoration, plats recherchés et fins. L'espace détente et bien être privatisé un vrai bonheur. Mais le gros plus de l'hôtel c'est son personnel, accueil chaleureux et ultra professionnel... bref hâte d'y retourner.

J’ai réservé un week-end surprise pour l’anniversaire de mon mari et tout était absolument parfait!!Tout d’abord la disponibilité du personnel, la gentillesse, la patience et j’en passe.La chambre était magnifique. De plus j’avais demandé une décoration spéciale qui était elle aussi somptueuse.Un petit déjeuner de grande qualité pour finir notre séjour.Merci encore pour tout.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre établissement.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The could not have done more. Riaz was the concierge or night manager and was an absolute gentleman. My room phone was not working I went down and he told me to return to my room and would follow me up, he came up and fixed it, the wire at the back of the phone was slightly disconnected. The breakfast was lovely truly nice. And I would go back and stay again without a doubt.

Magnifique hôtel à taille humaine à 2 pas des Champs Elysées.Décoration raffinée, aux tons doux et matières délicates.Pas de luxe ostentatoire : uniquement du bon goût.Nous avons apprécié le calme de l’hôtel : dans la chambre on n’entend aucun bruit de l’hôtel ni de la rue.La chambre et la salle de bain sont de très belle taille.La literie est très confortable.Le personnel est discret et attentionné.Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet et délicieux et de grande qualité.Un très bel hôtel qu’on ne saurait que trop recommander.

I usually don't take recommendations for hotels. Neither with important contract jobs. We were headed to Pairs and other countries and running out of time to research. A friend told us about Hotel Elysia. Particulary when traveling to France, I want a hotel that feels French; staying away from the American brands.The location ended up being perfect for the touring and dining we had on our agenda and the service was 5 Star for sure.Highly recommend and would return.

Had such an amazing stay here. The staff was always so helpful and answered any questions we had. The room was beautiful and made for a luxury experience. The hotel is also in a perfect location with tons of food and shopping nearby. Highly recommend staying here

Can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem. I wish I had found it sooner. Clean, new, elegant, quiet, surprisingly spacious rooms. Excellent location near Champs and near various cafes and restaurants. Largeclean bathroom with a bathtub and a HOSE (Muslims you know what I mean). I’m definitely staying here again. A small lobby but who is going to stay in the lobby when you’re in Paris?!! lovely, lovely, lovely. Thank you to the hotel for caring about the customer experience. If you are Khaleeji, stay here :)

Très bel établissement avec le soucis du détail. Le personnel est aux petits soins et sait nous faire sentir comme privilégié en étant disponible et à l'écoute.La chambre que nous avons eu était propre et décorée avec goût.Et que dire du petit-déjeuner ? Un très bel hôtel qui représente bien le luxe à la Française, à deux pas des Champs Elysées. La décoration est soignée et raffinée et les chambres sont aussi spacieuses que confortables. Enfin et c'est de mon point de vue le plus important, le personnel s'attache avec une attention toute particulière, à rendre votre séjour inoubliable.

From the time we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service. We had hand written notes and treats in our room waiting for us. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean and incredibly spacious. This was one of the best and nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and we were sad for our trip to be over. The staff was so attentive and helpful. If we are ever in Paris again, we will definitely be staying here!

Nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse, très joliment décorée, la salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, très propre, grande, fonctionnelle.Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent.Le SPA, très propre et soigné.Le personnel est au petit soin, et d’une grande gentillesse.L’hôtel est très bien placé. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Paris

The location of this hotel is perfect when staying in Paris. Aside from attractions and shopping, anything you need is a 5 min walk away, including a pharmacy. The hotel was very clean and absolutely stunning.What sets this hotel apart from others is the exceptional service and hospitality. We were in awe our entire stay at how detail oriented and attentive the staff were. They left hand written notes and treats, and even offered some champagne to celebrate my partner and I’s anniversary. They also helped us get reservations into a few tours and restaurants that we had no luck getting into ourselves. Even after checking out, their amazing hospitality continued— I had forgotten a few things behind and they shipped it to me here in Canada with tracking number and all.Paris itself is a dream, but being able to come back to Elysia after a long day of touring the city truly elevated my time in Paris.

The shower is amazing and the beds are soft. The service is lacking -and parts of the room needed a refresh. We didn’t feel as though this was a five star experience at all. One day the minibar gent opened the door without knocking, another day an old room service dessert was left in the room after cleaning, and on check in they gave us a voucher for 2 free glasses of champagne. On check out, there was a $40 charge because apparently they wanted you to buy dinner to get the champagne. There are better places to stay. Stay there. We feel as though we could’ve done much better elsewhere. We stayed four nights and I booked the romance package. That was a joke..I will say, they have a nice breakfast.
