Le Clos Bartholdi - Gîtes de charme, aux portes de la petite Venise à Colmar

We have spent 2 nights in one of their apartment in Colmar. However I still haven´t received back my 100€ deposit! Despite several calls and emails nothing happens. I think it is a shame that I have to call and check all the time to get my money back!We have left the room as requested, and I was not informed of any extra charges, that might had occured!Update from 08.12.2021. I have been informed after almost 2 months that one slat in the bed was broken and due to this damage, they can not return my deposit. the picture provided by Cotoon Alsace it is a poor quality roof batten which is not even planed that they use for their beds. It is a ridiculous reason, that they also provided 2 months later. I will take legal action against the company. They should be banned from doing hospitality business.

Very clean, close to the city centre, and well kept.

Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes. Gites situé en plein centre ville. Très belle déco. Propre, pièce de vie au sous sol très sympathique. Nous reviendrons !

Sehr kalt, besonderes mit einem kleinen Baby!Nicht sauber, wie erwartet.Im obersten Stock fallen Insekten von den Balken aufs Bett, was für den Vermieter ganz normal ist, und auf unsere Reklamation sagte er uns „die sind harmlos, die tun dir nichts“. Nie wieder!

Absolutely first rate place to stay in Colmar (which is a wonderful town in which to stay)! There is a small (~15 car) parking lot out front. There are 4 rooms on 4 floors with 7 beds. The stairs go up forever, so if you need accessibility, then stay on the ground floor. Near the centre of town (Little Venice) without being on the main road so reasonably quiet. There is a lounge in the basement. Our family of 7 enjoyed it all very much. I did not know about the historic connection between Colmar and the Statue of Liberty or that the sculpture and driving force behind it (Auguste Bartholdi) was born about a 7 minute walk from this house. In the basement lounge, there is a delightful little volume (signed by the author) about Bartholdi and the Statue. A nice evening's read. Made sense of the Bartholdi Museum and all the Statue around the town.

Chambre très bien située, en plein centre de Colmar, mais sur une place au calme. Décoration parfaite, tout y est dans l aménagement et l agencement pour passer un agréable séjour. Seul point négatif... escalier intérieur bruyant, si locataires peu discrets.
