Alpine Pilates

Just visited Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and had a wonderful Pilates session with Jas with the mighty Mont Blanc as a backdrop.Jas is a terrific teacher and very passionate about health and fitness.Highly recommend.

Jasmine is lovely and really knows her stuff. It's refreshing to find such a knowledgable young lady in such an incredible setting who really cares about her clients. I love how she makes sure she spends the time to get to know her clients and what they want and need from pilates.

Jasmine is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She manages to push me to improve my core stability, overall strength and stamina while always remembering which student has a shoulder/knee/neck injury and offering suitable adaptations to the various exercises. She never misses a beat, with smooth transitions between movements, frequent reminders to breathe properly, and clear explanations about which muscles we should or should not be using. Being able to take Pilates classes via Zoom during this crazy year has kept me flexible and saved my body from succumbing to past sports injuries. I would highly recommend Alpine Pilates to anyone wishing to keep fit, feel good and stay healthy.

Jasmine is an incredible professional! She is super knowledgeable, very gentle and takes into account everyone's individual physical abilities. I started going last year and I'm still doing it (although we do it online now). And one of the most important thing is she is constantly developing, taking new courses and keeping up to date with new treatments, etc. Highly recommended!

Booked a few pilates sessions and i really enjoyed them. She communicates really well, and she corrects your posture if necessary.
