My family and I were heading to Paris to not only celebrate my brother’s 30th birthday, but also so he could propose to his gf in front of the Eiffel Tower. I wanted to surprise everyone with a celebratory ride in a limo to our dinner reservations inside the Eiffel Tower. I wanted to include chilled champagne and a baby seat, since we also had my brother and his gf’s 6 month old with us. I researched companies for a while in Paris and even submitted a request for proposal through a website. Carte Blanche limousine in Paris was one of 3 companies to reply. They had the best rate and response time. I corresponded with Cyril for a few weeks leading up to our arrival date. Cyril was very patient and answered all my questions and responses were always within a reasonable time. Booking a limo service in another country can be intimidating but Cyril made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Upon our arrival to Paris, I received notice that the Eiffel Tower restaurant had a glitch which caused overbooking and my reservation needed to be changed. I was able to get a lunch reservation that same day instead of dinner but now I needed to change my limousine rental plans only 48 hours prior. I reached out to Cyril and I was able to be accommodated with the new pickup time and location and everything turned out perfect. Cyril was always professional and very kind. Our driver, Thierry, was on site earlier than my requested time and he was bilingual and able to communicate with us in English. He was also very kind and had to deal with the stress of roads being closed and re routed due to the marathon but he did everything very professionally. He was also very kind. I was EXTREMELY pleased with my experience with this company! I definitely recommend them!

Un peu déçu de ne pas avoir pu avoir la Pink limo au final mais on nous a prévu un autre véhicule à la place, malgré ça le service est très bon.Merci à Sam qui a été notre chauffeur, et Cyril pour l’organisation.

Très déçu nous avons réservé une limousiné pour notre mariage - 2 jours avant il nous rajoute 100€ sur le devis et le jour du mariage nous demande 150€ pour 5min en trop.. un conseil passer votre chemin.De plus la limousine n’était pas propre et un chauffeur désagréable.
