Through my wedding videography company Defrance Productions, I had the pleasure to work with Estelle, owner of Madame Wedding Design these past months.Madame Wedding Design is a brilliant wedding planner. She listens a lot to her clients and the vendors she works with, she is « solution oriented», plus, she is a real planning guru. She knows where to find what you need or the information you need. I don’t know how but she does.Also Estelle is a great art director and a bridal stylist whose work is internationally recognized. Her signature is elegance, fine art with subtle sophistication and we love the fact that she is truly eclectic.Estelle is very thoughtful and kind. She knows how to balance between play and seriousness. Estelle worked on my sister's wedding at the Château de Varennes on May 14, 2022 and we were extremely disappointed in her services.She seemed more concerned about her brand than her clients, she was rude to vendors, staff and the wedding party, and she was unavailable/unhelpful for the majority of the wedding day, leaving me with so many responsibilities that it was difficult to enjoy the wedding.Throughout the wedding planning process, Estelle was unwilling to help my sister find vendors that fit within her budget out of concern that it would hurt her brand" and her "image". Estelle also blatantly went against some of my sisters' desires (ex The couple wanted to be standing during their ceremony but Estelle had set up a couch at the altar and My sister had explicitly told her she didn't want pink dyed baby's breath in the florals but there was some in her bridal bouquets). Madame Wedding Design planned the perfect wedding event for us. Estelle’s attention to detail and eye for beautiful design made for a stunning event. The day of direction was well organized, allowing us to focus on each other and spending the day with family. Estelle was able to connect us with excellent vendors who also upheld excellence in service. Although, we were located in the USA and did not visit before the wedding we trusted her to plan each detail of the wedding sight unseen. From the welcome event to the wedding day to the farewell brunch, Estelle and her team did a wonderful job creating an event we will cherish forever.

I worked with Madame Wedding Design on couple projects and it has always been a great experience. Estelle, the creator of MWD is a great event planner and a great stylist...picking the right dress for the right person, choosing the right make up for a woman's face, selecting the ideal color palettes according to the surrounding and theme, etc...But beyond her obvious talent, she is a great human being to be surrounded with. She's caring, fun, and very down to earth (probably due to her background in healthcare). It's a relief to have Estelle on your side, it feels like real teamwork!
