Stepping into Aujourd'Hui Demain in Paris feels like entering a pop-up space – an unassuming yet welcoming location where a unique concept has been thoughtfully executed. This combination of a clothing store, supermarket, and restaurant exudes an ambiance of friendly, sustainable living.Our dining experience here was delightful from the start. Reservations were necessary, as the space quickly filled up by 7:30 PM. We were offered a complimentary bottle of water as we scanned the QR code to view the menu. We opted for the Mac and Cheese, Eggplant, Fish Burger, and Fish and Peas, accompanied by two house-made lemonades – one of which seemed to glow with a vibrant hue! Every dish was spectacularly flavorful, showcasing the chef's skill in crafting a rich vegan palate. There is a French approach in every meal, a simplicity yet tastiness that brings out the best of the ingredients. The subtle addition of healthy greens, sprouts, and legumes adds an extra layer of nutrition and taste. Do note, however, that some dishes feature processed food products from Beyond, which might not be everyone's wish.The hospitality at Aujourd'Hui Demain deserves special mention – it was truly exceptional. Our meal cost a reasonable 60 euros, including tip. We will certainly be returning and recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a healthy or sustainable lifestyle, from singles to families.One point to keep in mind is the basic interior and close seating arrangement, which might not be ideal for a grand dining experience but perfectly aligns with the restaurant's sustainable concept.

Concept totalement vegan, avec commerce et mini supermarché à l'intérieur. Je ne suis pas vegan, mais j'y suis allée avec deux amis et j'ai adoré ! Extrêmement surpris par la nourriture délicieuse ! Une grande variété d'options pour les plats d'entrée, grands playa et les boissons, un personnel super sympathique et serviable. Environnement très calme et amical. Je recommande à 100%, je veux revenir

Brunch du samedi entre copines, tout est très bon, le service au top, toutes l'équipe est sympa.Je ne suis pas parisienne mais j'y passe régulièrement lors de mes séjours à la capitale et je ne suis jamais déçue.La partie boutique est aussi une mine d'or de veganerie en tout genre, de goodies et livre militants. ❤️

Best vegan meal in Paris!Flavors were so fantastic, service was kind and attentive. Desserts were beautiful and tasty. The truffle Mac and cheese is something to not miss, the nachos were delicious as well.If you’re vegan and in Paris you have to go to this place at least once

I went starving (16h fasting) and came out rolling like a ball. We had brunch menu at 28€ each that includes main (pancakes), brioche, cold drink, hot drink and dessert (see pics).Fantastic food and the place has a shop for food, books, clothes etc. The atmosphere is lovely and the waiter sings! Often you have to queue to get in as very popular place.

Absolutely delicious vegan food in Paris, I went back three times during my trip! Very friendly servers. The shop was also very cool, I picked up some vegan mascara while I was there.

Fantastic selection of starters, mains and dessert. Everything was amazing. We felt satisfied but not stuffed. Definitely a place we will return to! There is a little shop with an impressive selection of vegan cheeses.

Went here for dinner with a friend. We ordered the blue margarita to drink- very nice. The garlic bread was divine. Our salads were tasty as well. The brownie was definitely my highlight, so impressed it was gluten free as well as vegan. The restaurant also has a little store/market in the back with super cute products. Would return to try some more tasty food!

Incroyable restaurant vegan! Le menu est très varié et bien fourni, les plats sont absolument délicieux et très riches en goût, le personnel est accueillant et le lieu donne envie d’y passer des heures à siroter une boisson fraîche. J’ai tellement bien mangé que je n’ai même pas eu faim le soir alors que j’ai un gros appétit. Je recommande vivement et j’ai hâte d’y retourner!

The food was really good, with many different options.The lattes were a bit small and the powders (matcha or golden milk) weren't that well mixed with the milk so there was always some powder in the mouth. Plus they were pretty small for the price.There's a huge queue (waited for more than 1 h) so better reserve. Once seated the food comes fast.Staff was very friendly.There's a shop with many vegan products inside too.

Très belle épicerie avec une belle sélection et des produits pour tous les goûts! Un coin vêtements avec de très jolies pièces et de belles marques ! Et un restaurant plus que délicieux ! On a mangé au brunch et nous nous sommes toutes régalées! C’est bon, c’est beau et les prix sont plus qu’accessibles ! Je recommande +++

À chaque fois ce fut une bonne surprise que ce soit pour la nourriture l’ambiance (Musique & Lumières) plus la Boutique*. Mais mention spéciale au service car il est plus que agréable on se sens juste chez soi et écouter.*(la une boutique complémentaire au restaurant aura des produits d’épicerie respectueuse de l’environnement et surprenant culturel comme livre; illustration; objet; vêtements; accessoires; snack; ingrédients… divers et variésBref ! : vous ne pourrai pas être déçu
