I always thought that planning a wedding was stressful but with Merrily on our side, it was just a joy the whole time. The team is like a family and makes everyone feel so welcome that all our guest were able to relax, party and have an amazing time! I can never thank the team enough for this special weekend and being on our side planning a wedding in a pandemic. We can’t wait to be back

I cannot recommend Chateau Lartigolle highly enough. We got married there last September and it was (although I may be biased) truly sensational. Louis was our dedicated planner and was kind, patient and made a real effort to make the weekend special and personal to us. The food was delicious, wine and cocktails a complete hit and every staff member went above and beyond to make us and our guests happy. It was the best weekend of our lives and I am so glad we chose Lartigolle. Thank you everyone!!!

Such an incredible place for a wedding. Setting is beautiful, food was brilliant and staff were faultless. Le Cave is perfect for an evening party and the courtyard was a great setting for food! Would be delighted if I knew I was to attend another wedding here!

What an unbelievable experience it was at Lartigolle! We were extremely fortunate to be able to say we tied the knot there last year, after postponing from the year before. I cannot explain as to how understanding, organised, efficient and gorgeous this Chateau and team are. Having a wedding abroad has its complications, although nothing was ever too much for Nick and the team to assist. Everyone part of the team were fantastic and always happy to help. We had the most amazing wedding and thank you to everyone at Lartigolle who made it the experience that it was!

One of my favourite wedding venues I've been lucky enough to be photographed was the glorious Chateau de Lartigolle near Toulouse in South West France.The couple booked the Chateau for a long weekend, so they really got to enjoy the rustic vibe of the venue with its incredible surrounding countryside. As you drive down the gravel driveway, you are immediately drawn to the peaceful surroundings with the only chatter of birds and the clacker of pétanque balls in the courtyard of the Chateau.The Chateau is owned by an English couple who have restored it back to its former glory, and they have done an incredible job! It’s definitely a beautiful sight as you enter the courtyard with the scatter of the eloping tree shadows leading you to the chateau entrance, one day I will own a building with french window shutters! Inside you get a mixture of French and British paintings and furniture just to equally engage and confuse with lots of rooms for family and friends to stay.The ceremony was held in the Chateau cellar with large doors flooding the cave-like space with light which made it a particularly romantic setting for two people to commit vows to one another. I love the brickwork from the other end of the cellar, which leads all the way to where the couple stood, probably one of my favourite moments.The evening at the chateau was a tale of two parts, the first was the wedding breakfast in the courtyard of Chateau de Lartigolle. I love the transition from daytime to night during the courses and speeches, the darkness only stopped by the rows of hanging lights from the trees slowly illuminating, a perfect romantic setting for a wedding reception! The first dance highlights this the most, you can’t beat the atmosphere for a moment like this.The end of the day saw us returned to the cellar or ‘Club de Lartigolle’ as they like to call it on some excellent wedding raving! It creates the perfect atmosphere to party the night away!Chateau de Lartigolle is a perfect venue for destination weddings in South France! add it to your potential list :)
