Cook'n With Class Paris
This experience was excellent! We had so much fun during this cooking class. Our Chef, Fabrice, was outstanding with not only his cooking and teaching skills but also in explaining why we cooked each ingredient and how to select the freshest ingredients. He was funny, personable and an excellent teacher. He explained a lot about Parisian culture through cuisine.Highly recommend this market cooking class with Fabrice for anyone wanting to learn or improve your cooking skills and get an authentic French experience. The food was incredible and we feel confident in making this again when we go back to the states! 10/10

I highly recommend! I took a class taught by Sarah. She was an amazing guide and teacher. Even though I started the class as a complete novice to making desserts, I was able to produce five different beautiful and tasty desserts. The class was fun and educative, the perfect recipe for a memorable experience! Thanks Sarah!

Cook'n With Class Paris
My daughter and I attended the Choux pastry class with Chef Christian and it was the highlight of our trip to Paris. The class was small and everyone participated throughout the baking process. Christian was enthusiastic and friendly and gave us great tips for when we try making the recipes at home. The end results, the pastries themselves, were absolutely delicious. We would book another class in a heartbeat!

Cook'n With Class Paris
A perfect finale to our 10 day stay in Paris. We met Chef Mathieu along with 3 other couples and proceeded to the area of the markets 2 blocks away. Via discussion with the group we came up with the menu we would prepare for lunch. He took us to each shop (fish, meat, produce, bread and cheese), all within steps of each other, to purchase the ingredients. Then a short walk to the school to begin our preparation. After a demonstration of proper technique for each, it was up to us to get the fish, meat and produce ready for cooking. Everything was hands on and after an hour or so it was time to taste this wonderful meal. Chef Mathieu was an excellent instructor and this was the perfect way to spend the morning before our afternoon flight home.

Oh my Lord! We had the best time, learned so much & ended up making a three-course French meal worthy of a Parisienne restaurant! Our chef, Fabrice, took a group of eight people who ranged from strong cooking & prep skills to “how-long-does-it-take-to-boil-water” skills and took us to the market to plan and shop for our meal, brought us back to the site’s kitchen, taught us valuable prep skills and walked us through the process of preparing & then eating the 3-course meal we prepared! We laughed, we made mistakes, but with Fabrice’s guidance we were amazed how amazing our meal truly was. Yes, Fabrice fileted the fish we picked out at market for our main dish, but that was a small matter. We made the fish stock, wild mushrooms & sauce for appetizer in an amazing puff pastry, baked sea bass with tarragon sauce, potatoes Anna, julienned vegetables, and fresh red fruits in an orange almond basket! Yeah, that’s right, I did those baskets, and they were AMAZING! I would totally do it again the next time I come to Paris, and I can’t wait to reproduce that dinner at home!!!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Sarah making French desserts. We brought cookies home to friends— shocking that we didn’t eat them all up. She was great fun but also full of helpful information and answers to my million questions. We will look for the company’s sister classes anywhere and would come back any time!

Google needs to allow the option for six stars! Five just isn’t enough! Let me say Chef Sarah is THE absolute best! Hilarious as hell, personable, knowledgeable and just a great human being. We came to Paris for my daughter’s 16th birthday and the Croissant making class was one of the things on her list to do. Chef Sarah exceeded our expectations. Our entire group was great! We learned how really complicated croissant making was, the class is highly interactive, you learn the correct terminology and just have a lot of fun. We are now professionals at telling which croissants are made with butter and squaring edges lol. We love Chef Sarah! We all did well and there was a varied skill set in the class lol.

Cook'n With Class Paris
My friends and I went to this cooking class to make our lunch one day in Paris. The chef was friendly and informative, but I do think that the class could have been more hands-on. There was a lot of watching him do things instead of actually participating. And when he did give us tasks he had to “fix” things - like how the pears were cut for the dessert (not important in my opinion how they looked, it was supposed to be about learning and having fun).We made a Poached Egg Meurettee, Sautéed Chicken with Wild Seasonal Mushrooms, and Poached Pear in Caramel Sauce. Wine was served with lunch and there was an additional cheese course served.Overall, it was a good experience that I would recommend for those looking to have a unique french cooking/dining experience.

Cook'n With Class Paris
Really great evening with Chef Fabrice and a small group. Started off with a visit to the markets for fish, fruit and vegetable, bread and cheeses. Gained quite a trolley full of goodies for the evening. Fabrice was across what was in season despite creating most of the menu on the fly. Back in the kitchen the team of 7 all worked together to create an Entree, Mains and desert. Cooked up a storm in about 4 hours with everyone working together with delegated activities. Our 2 daughters (15 and 12) absolutely loved it. Finally sat down to eat everything (or at least try to) with a cheese sampling and some delicious wines and bread. Highly recommended as a great family or couples experience.

Looking for different experience in Paris? Join this class! I was in the waiting list for the baking class because I couldn't find anything match with my date until I saw Cook'n with Class waiting list. I emailed them and said that I come long way and really want to join the class because I couldn't find a good baguette in my home country and they reply me the next morning informing that I got that last slot! Chef Christian taught us how to make Baguette and Brioche French Way" and it was superb! He is so helpful
