This music store really has everything you need, truly a one stop shop! Shopped here several times and always a good experience! The staff are super friendly and with our latest interaction, we bought a case for our Line 6, but the cases that were shipped to them were damaged, knowing that I needed something to store the equipment urgently, they sent a case to us first to use until the manufacturer sends them the non-defective one to send on to me.In terms of customer satisfaction they get 11 out of 10! They do care and what's even more they actually keep you informed of where the stuff you ordered is, this is more than I can say for the other places I've shopped at. Thanks to the super friendly peeps at House of Sound! If you want a great experience definitely shop at House of Sound!

This is by far the best Store for any kind of Music Equipment, i was there 4 times till now, the Employees are helpful and always in a good mood, which make you to want to go there again of course.About their selling prices, they are just average, for Music equipment, the only store which is a little bit cheaper is Thooman, but then you have to ad the custom fee, so you can not really compare them.Best choice in Switzerland for sure !

J'ai commandé un kit moog music studio. J'ai complément oublié de mettre la référence de la commande lors de mon paiement. Malgré cela, le packet est arrivé 2 jours après ma commande. Un service top et des prix super. Je conseille fortement.

Je fréquente ce magasin depuis 2 ans maintenant.L’accueil y est excellent.Le magasin est particulièrement bien fourni en modules de différentes marques.Le conseil est omniprésent. J’échange souvent plusieurs fois par mail avant de m’y rendre et les réponses sont rapides et précises.En ce moment, j’ai quelques soucis avec un module et une machine achetés chez eux et le service client est impeccable.Les concurrents allemands feraient bien de prendre exemple sur House Of Sound!

Super service,ma carte son antelope zentour montrait un gros problème d'écran,ils m'ont gerer le service et fais jouer la garantie malgré que je sois tout nouveau client et que je n'avais pas acheté cette carte chez eux...... merci House Of Sound!!post_mortem va pouvoir enregistrer correctement son prochain album,rdv pour les prochains achats!!

Magasin suisse qui n'a pas de service client en français, qui n'envoie pas de mail de confirmation de commande ou d'expédition (seulement d'achat) ou de ticket de SAV, mais surtout, qui fait du marketing trompeur pour que vous achetiez chez eux :^Leur politique d'affichage de stock est complètement manipulatrice! J'avais commandé un article disponible sous 4 à 7 jours selon stock".Quand vous lisez ça vous vous dites : "ah donc s'ils ont un stock ça va mettre 4 jours sinon une semaine".EH BIEN NON. Ce que cette phrase veut en fait dire c'est "disponible sous 4 à 7 jours DU MOMENT QUE LE STOCK EST REAPPROVISIONNE" et ce stock n'est pas spécifié.Pour une commande placée le 22 janvier

Fantastic service. I ordered speakers from their website, where they had a lot of payment options. To be honest their website looks bad, so I had my suspicions. My parcel was delivered literally the next day and was sadly stolen. I called the store and within a week they sorted the situation out with the postal service and sent me new speakers. Very responsive over the phone and email, incredibly kind, and very effective at resolving issues. I am very happy with this store, they turned an unfortunate experience into a good one. Thank you House of Sound!
