I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. The trainer (Brandon Todd) was extremely unprofessional. He provided the training, answered my questions, and told me that he would be able to update the eCTD sections on the software for us. After I sent him the list, there was no response for a month. Afterwards, he stated that he can't do it, and that we would have to purchase a more customizable package. Additionally, we asked for eCTD templates (as advertised on the website), and Brandon had no clue about those. He said he would reach out to the France office, but again, never heard back from him. Truly a waste of money buying their eCTD 247 software.
