Unprofessional, never follow through on what is promised, non responsive. Think it's more important to joke round than doing their actual work and due diligence. can not recommend in good faith to anyone.

AVOID AS THEY WILL DO THE BEAR MINIMUM AND NOT PROTECT YOUR INTEREST AT ALL. AND WILL THREATEN DEFAMATION IF YOU POST YOUR HONEST EXPERIENCE OR OPINION.Only positive thing I can say is that they speak english and that's it. I find it extremely unprofessional that for some reason they ignore their actual client and go behind your back to discuss things directly with the estate agents and don't respond to your enquiry.We have purchased a house last year and used them to execute, had numerous delays for no reason.What was extremely upsetting is that it the sale document it clearly stated that the sellers will empty the septic tank prior to completion, and when we started to work this year on the house septic tank was full. I contacted the agent and the notaire about that and got a response from Sandrine Bonjour Ursa

We bought our property through Max and Sandrine four years ago. They were both very professional and nothing was too much trouble making our house purchase very easy. Since our purchase we have had minor issues with our boundary lines but one phone call to Sandrine and the issue was sorted. Even printed off our plans straight away ready for collection at no charge.Can not recommend the service enough.
