Super helpful. Needed bikes when they were closed on a Monday. So arranged to collect on Sunday and return on Tuesday. Friendly and bikes were fab. Enough gears for the hills and heat! Thank you.

Highly recommend using Veloce. The bikes are all in good condition, they have plenty available, and it was great to have options for the older kids to ride themselves, and the younger ones to be on child seats.Thanks also for the map book which included route instructions. We had a great day out!

Excellent service. Really simple and easy to use. The e-bikes were superb and came with locks, cycle routes, phone attachment fittings and puncture repair kits. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful day cycling in the St Emilion area. Booking was easy online and the bikes were ready when we arrived. The person who served us (so sorry - I can't remember his name) was so helpful with advice about routes and assistance with an app to keep us on track. The bikes were great - solid, reliable and comfortable - we also added helmets and bags. We cycled around 30km - it is mostly flat - the countryside and villages are stunning. Highly recommended!

Booking on the website was easy, I later needed to make a change to our reservation and it was easy to contact the company via email. All the bikes look pretty new and well maintained, we had a good time biking to the winery and around town. Highly recommend!
