What an amazing experience. Found it by complete chance and it was one of my best gastronomical experiences I have had in my life, and I have eaten in some great, renowned places.Amazing food throughout. Bursting flavours that were perfectly balanced, beautifully presented seasonal ingredients, lovely selection of wine and all topped off with a great service.I will definitely be back next time I am in Paris, and I would suggest you do the same. Remember this name: Sarté!

Super restaurant ! Que des plats maison tout simplement délicieux. La carte change régulièrement et le rapport qualité prix et vraiment top. Service sympathique et chaleureux. Un des meilleurs restaurants du quartier.

This is what you want in your own local restaurant.The food is thoughtful, beautifully presented, flavoursome and delicious.The gazpacho starter was aromatic and slightly crunchy! It was redolent with garlic but not overwhelming.The chicken main was perfectly cooked with delicious crispy skin - chicken skin is usually something I avoid. The beans were also tender and crunchy.The dessert was perfectly balanced. Sweet merengue and slightly sour fruit, it really made you want to linger.This is the kind of place you want to go back to, to see what the chef has thought of next.

Une équipe très attentionnée dans un cadre sympa, à l'écart des bruits de la ville.Un petit peu déçu par la cuisine qui est bonne, mais qui fait presque trop maîtrisée.La faible affluence nous a permis d'échanger un moment avec le patron, ce qui ajoute une touche sociale toujours agréable.Soirée réussie.

We arrived within an hour of the restaurant opening and there were two tables seated out of ~30 possible seats. We wished we had been turned away like everyone else that tried to get a table after us without a reservation.We came here based on other reviews, but left disappointed. They were out of lamb within the first hour of opening (7 people in the restaurant before us and 4 of the 7 ordered chicken). We had the eggs and leak entrees/appetizers which had zero flavour, shared the Burrata salad, again no flavour, and both ordered a pasta - zero flavour. Linguine with oyster mushrooms is truly linguine with olive oil and mushrooms.We ordered a bottle of white wine that came at room temperature.We left within an hour and the restaurant is still not close to being full. I don’t like leaving negative reviews for restaurants as I know they need to make a living, but also don’t want anyone else to spend money and be disappointed like we were.

Très déçus! Cadre sympa mais les plats étaient simplement mauvais. Première fois que je repars d’un restaurant sans manger mon assiette (nous avons pris les pâtes aux pleurotes et souris d’agneau)

La touche japonaise du chef apporte une subtilité inédite à des classiques raffinés. Une belle expérience. Cadre sobre, spacieux, accueil impeccable. La carte change chaque semaine. Prévoir 30€/pers avec un verre. Qualité et originalité bienvenues à Montmartre !

Best meal and restaurant experience I've had in a while, this restaurant really has its process together. There were only 2 employees: 1 cook and 1 host/waiter but everything came out fast and tasted great. I will be coming back here despite my short time in Paris

Repas très bon, des saveurs interessantes et gourmandes. La carte est adapté aux végétariens. Le cadre est très chaleurs, de part la décoration mais aussi le service. Rien a dire niveaux prix, je reviendrais !

We had a lovely dinner here. This is a beautiful restaurant serving small plates, perfect for sharing. Every dish was fresh and delicious! The staff were welcoming and made helpful suggestions on the menu.

Quelle déception!Juste immangeable!On se demande comment cet établissement obtient son 4,8 sur 5??Beaucoup trop salé, les carottes avaient une odeur et un goût faisandé absolument immonde, genre bouc négligé.Poulet insipide sec et déprimant.Un très mauvais moment..payé cher.Plus jamais!

It was good, but not astonishing. The dish I had was a smoked salmon and duck breast (beet root puree). The sauce and combinations are rather standard, hope to see more creativity. Otherwise atmosphere and service is great.

Nous avons déjeuné avec une amie et nous avons été ravie du menu. C'était frais et très bon. Des assiettes bien présentées et un bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a de bons vins sur la carte c'est appréciable. La personne qui nous a servis était agréable. Je recommande cet établissement.
