This organization is very reluctant to do their jobs! Rarely does anybody answer the phone, e-mails are never responded to unless you CC the OFII offices. They will tell you that they will call you back after they search for information and never call you back. If you want a response from them, you need to be assertive or you will never receive any support.Information is poorly communicated amongst students and staff. I spent 2 months here for my OFII requirements and there are a couple (2-3) great professors but only that.
