As a first time mom, I am very happy to have found Le Répertoire de Gaspard. I had a nanny looking after my 6 month old every Wednesday this year. She was very reliable, sweet and was an incredible help. The Family Liaison team were always very responsive and helpful as was Catherine, the directrice. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy babysitter.

I loved my experience at Le Répertoire de Gaspard! They have been so great and helped out family find amazing nannies from all over the world, each one of them has been so great to our children. I would totally recommend them to any family looking to have a nanny speaking English!

We were very glad to have found Le Répertoire de Gaspard. From the moment we contacted them, it was clear that this agency was different from the others we had seen.The first thing we noticed was the professionalism of their staff (special shout-out to Rachael!). We sent a first message requesting information and the agency replied very quickly (within 2 hours). From the initial call to the ongoing support, their team always had time for us. Rachael took the time to understand our family's needs and preferences, and our children's personalities. She also scheduled regular check-ins with both us and the caregiver to make sure everything was going well. If we had any questions or worries we knew that we could discuss openly with Rachael or another team member and they would do their utmost to help figure out a solution.It's evident that the agency places a lot of importance on selecting not just skilled caregivers but also individuals who actually enjoy working with kids. We were fortunate to have worked with two women who forged close ties with our children, making the daily routine easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved.Le Répertoire de Gaspard is really the best!

Very disappointed with LRDG. I was expecting a professional service due to the good reviews they have. They accepted my application for a job as I passed two interviews, and sent them all the requested documents and information. But when the time for family matching arrived, they stopped responding to my texts and emails. I have never heard back from them since, and the school year has already started. I wouldn’t recommend them. (Note: they don’t seem very organized as they have also lost my application file once).

La seule façon d'échanger avec eux se fait par mail, impossible de prendre un rendez-vous pour aller dans leurs locaux (à préciser qu'ils donnent un supposé rendez-vous" par mail pour se rendre dans leurs locaux) avec l'excuse de "nous ne pouvons pas vous fournir ce service"

Very sad to see that only native English speakers are accepted. I wonder if the other nationalities in the drop down list in the online application form also have native level of English. The Institute should have an English placement test to see if one fits..bad attitude of the selection team. But in the pictures they post, there are many humans in different skin colour..I hope they too have the same native level of English. At least the institute should have some sort of proper selection criteria visible to all applicants.
