Small hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Good pool for relaxing after a day skiing. Effectively ski in and ski out with access to the three valley ski area, what's not to like about that!

Excellent family skiing hotel. Staff get" what families want/need from a ski holiday. Spa is good. Food served in the restaurant is good too. Kids club is amazing."

À l'accueil m'ont demandé de solder avant de saluer; diner c'est autre chose. .pas de thon trois fois dans la même semaine, jeudi en boîte sans l avoir demandé (fête dans la piscine de la spa (? ) au dessous de mon lit)! 4ème étoile..un cadeau!le wifi marche comme en 1999!!

Un endroit très agréable, on adore le calme qui s'y dégage...Mmmmm...un moment royal, je recommande vivement...kiffez

Pros:-the staff are very friendly and welcoming-the food served at dinner is very good-having access to a pool/sauna is excellentCons:-the hotel is not ski in/ski out as is advertised-the rooms are shabby/tatty and need a full renovation. (Hospital style toilet role dispensers, random screw sticking out of the wall, poor quality fixtures)-overall the quality of the service and rooms does not meet what is required of a 4 star hotel.

Résidence cosy avec piscine sauna hammam et jacuzzi

A fabulous hotel with fantastic staff and amazing food. We stayed here for a weeks skiing trip with our little boy. The rooms were lovely, nice comfy beds, lovely hot showers which are a must after a days skiing ! The staff were friendly and fabulous. The food was wholesome and amazing. The pool was great, especially after a day on the slopes. We loved it here, there was absolutely nothing to dislike at all. We had a fantastic staff and will definitely come back again in the future !

The hotel is nice I'd say food and accommodation aren't really 4star but very close.The staff make up for any short comings in the accommodation with their friendliness.Didn't start well, neilson refused to let me call the hotel to ask a question about the local ski shop.

We stayed as a family of four with two young kids. We used the kids’ club to help take our children to ski lessons. We also had to contend with the fact that I broke my ankle and my wife had to return to the UK for a day during our stayThe good:1. The staff here are amazing. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Particular recognition should be given to Lina on the front desk and Georgia in the kids club but really everyone was fantastic. A notable feature was that a lot of the staff alternate between the Neilson property in Greece and this so they are all very well trained and experienced.2. Neilson were very good to deal with throughout the process.3. Food for adults was generally of a high standard.4. Les Menuires is a good base for the 3 valleys.5. Good pool.6. Great kids club for younger kids. My son loved it.The less good.1. The hotel feels pretty tired and is in real need of a refresh. I’m not really sure how they can be 4 star.2. Getting a bus to the slopes with ski gear was a pain. Likewise to get to the ski hire shop.3. There are pretty much no staff around during the middle hours4. Food for kids could be improved. The options were pretty much pizza or pasta for every meal.I’d happily book with Neilson again and would return to this hotel.
