Hôtel Renaissance Bordeaux

Bon rapport qualité prix ! Un hôtel vraiment magnifique avec (presque) tout sur place. A deux pas des halles et de la citée du vin. Personnelle très sympathique et un petit compagnon très gentille ! Je vous conseille de prendre le petit déjeuner il vaut vraiment le coup ! Et un bar avec de super cocktails et la piscine vue sur la citée.

Look no further for a great hotel in Bordeaux What a pleasant hotel. Front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, bars, transport, near the wine museum. Good rooftop bar. Good value for money .

Hotel très agréable, mobilier moderne et déco, halls magnifiques et chambre super confortable. Petit déjeuner à ne pas rater sur le dernier étage avec belle vue sur Bordeaux. Merci pour ce bon moment.

Belle expérience dans cet hôtel moderne. Personnel agréable, chambre propre, la piscine avec vue et coin bulles est un plus ainsi que le calme la nuit. Top !

Stayed 2 nights here. The hotel has all the amenities that a premium hotel would have. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has an unique facade that resembles a grain silo or a nuclear reactor, which lends to an initial visual discombulation. Also, the location of the hotel is bit off the main path, being located in an austere industrial part of the city undergoing revitalization. Nevertheless, I walked around in the evening and felt safe. There are a number of restaurants nearby.

Le lieu est globalement très bien. Néanmoins l'espace fitness ne ressemble pas aux photos , il est beaucoup plus petit et la piscine est froide sinon pour le reste tout est top.

Très bel hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Les chambres sont design et confortables, le personnel très agréable et professionnel et le cadre et la vue sont fabuleux. Un très beau séjour

Well located and helpful staff but the quality of the room does not match the price paid (bathroom door very hard to close, shower door not waterproof, king sized bed actually 2 beds that kept drifting apart, mini fridge not working properly). The swimming pool is a nice addition but quickly crowded. Too many bad reviews on the restaurant to dare try it.

Superb modern hotel easily accessible by tram B. The rooms are well designed and have all that is needed, and the breakfast is held on the rooftop with spectacular views. The swimming pool is also located on the top floor. The staff throughout our stay were genuine and helpful. The only slight criticism is the difficulty in getting a coffee at breakfast and that dressing gowns should be standard. Overall, though, its a definite 5 stars.

Chambre correcte, petit déjeuner très bien. Point d attention sur le parking non garanti et pas en phase avec des arrivées décalées. Le restaurant de l hôtel est difficilement accessible il faut réserver et cette information n est pas partagée assez tôt. Emplacement un peu excentré.

Hôtel très moderne. Chambre sympathique et confortable. La literie est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits frais et la vue sur Bordeaux.Hôtel excentré du centre ville mais parfait pour ceux qui veulent aller à la cité du vin.Coup de gueule sur les transports en commun qui ont été impossible à prendre. Nous avons dû rebrousser chemin.Nous avions un bon pour une gourmandise et boisson au bar dans le hall de l hôtel. Ce dernier ferme à 17h quand les personnes arrivent! À 17H10 nous sommes fait envoyer bouler par celle qui s en occupe. Nous y sommes retournés le lendemain. Aucuns sourires! On avait l impression de l’importuner. Qu elle change de travail si cela ne lui plaît pas!La piscine est indiquée à 28*!! Elle était beaucoup plus froide. La plupart des personnes se gelait. Pas de hamam ni sauna.

Superbe hôtel situé entre la cité du vin et les halles de Bacalan.Vastes espaces d'accueil, décoration chaleureuse et originale.Propreté impeccable dans l'hôtel.Ascenseur à disposition pour monter jusqu'au restaurant ainsi qu'au bar que je recommande par ailleurs.Une belle adresse.

The check-in process was smooth at 5pm when we arrived. When I look at other reviews and from what I saw happen at the desk when we were checking out, I would strongly recommend that you don’t count on early check-in. Just plan to check in at 3 and it should be a much nicer experience! Their check-out is at 12 so it makes sense that they are not able to take too many early check-ins, because they need to prep the rooms after the prior guests leave at 12.Overall service was great. Our bath drain wasn’t working and the fridge wasn’t working worker. Both got fixed quickly. The room was very cool which helped with the crazy great wave that was going out at the time of our stay. The location is out of the busy parts of the city so I liked it, quieter, wider roads. The restaurant was great for breakfast but not many options for dinner. No kids menu. I’m lucky that my kids like salmon and fettuccini! The pool on the roof is great! Nice bar, beautiful view. I do think that they need two bar tenders during the busy times. There was a long wait and the poor bar tender was working as fast as he could, the drinks were yummy! Recommend the sangria!

J étais déjà venue pour un brunch. Cette fois ci j avais réservé une pour faire une surprise à mon fils pour son anniversaire et qu il profite de la piscine. La réception a pris le temps de décorer notre chambre avec ballons, petit mot, petits cadeaux et confettis, et ce de leur propre initiative. J imagine que cela est fait si l affluence dans l hôtel le leur permet.Il a adoré ! Merci beaucoup :) Service au top, tant au Coffee shop, qu au restau Gina. Petit dej délicieux. Je recommande !

Nous vivons à Bordeaux et avons réservé un séjour de 2 nuits pour éviter la canicule.La chambre et l'hôtel étaient tous propres (M. robot aspirateur qui parcourt le couloir est très impressionnant.), et c'était bien sauf que la température ambiante était légèrement chaude avant d'allumer la climatisation.
