A real treat. A family run business that makes you feel welcome the moment you step through the door. We ordered calamari and fish & chips and weren’t disappointed. We are looking forward to going back before we head off to our other adventures.

Wat een fijne plek en wat een heerlijk locatie. En wat werkt men hard om alles goed te doen verlopen met het uitserveren van de prima bereiden maaltijden waar de kok zijn uiterste best voor doet..en wat fijn dat zo'n fijne plek vlak bij ons om de hoek zit..een echt aanrader voor wie lekker wilt eten voor een prima prijsje.Wij komen zeker terug.Gr ruud en jolandavakantiehoeve-lemontet

We visited here a little while ago and wanted to eat. Steve said they had a big event the next day he was busy preparing for and wasn't serving food that day. He didn't want to disappoint us and cooked us some beautifully cooked fish and chips. Will definitely return very soon.

Moment très agréable. Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons mangé à 7, les propriétaires sont au petit soin. Très bon fish and chips.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ne serait-ce que pour boire un petit coup.

Delightfully tucked away, but well worth searching out! A charming, original setting, friendly, laid-back hosts, a well-stocked bar, and excellent 'specials' — make sure you warn in advance if you want to eat!Only opened last year, still finding its feet, but a really lovely place to enjoy a drink in the peace and quiet of the Limousin countryside.

Cosy and warm atmosphere even when it was pouring rain outside it was lovely to warm up by the fire and the fish and chip supper was perfect. Great, twice cooked chips, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with a delicious piece of cod in crispy batter and “mushy peas” made with petits pois.. definitely worth a detour. Ring and order in advance or sit and drink a beer or two while you wait. Good food like this takes time.
