I am going to provide review about Dr Moises Fernandes da Silva, has no name plate in the building and he works under the name plate of his wife there in this cabinet, which he couldn't explain to me why!!! A mystery!!!He treated my cavity but he added too much composite I believe just to create a new problem; personally I felt this is his policy or he doesn't know his work well. When I complained to him over telephone that each time I press my upper and lower teeth on the side he has treated, I have pain and I feel something strange over there, he accepted that there can be excessive cavity which he will remove and I should come back. To mention that he had fixed another appointment which was 3 weeks after this call to do the hygiene. When I went to remove excessive composite, instead of doing what was agreed upon (removing excessive composite to relieve my pain), he did hygiene and I learnt only after he finished his job which surprised me and he took some x-rays which actually were not discussed and surely were not needed as well. He started a new story that I should keep the next appointment to remove new cavity which he only could see in the x-rays but I couldn't notice anywhere in the x-rays and again he didn't want to remove the excessive composite even on the next scheduled appointment. He didn't provide bill though I have asked him while paying, again on the telephone calls I made and sent numerous emails. Each time he says that he will send but actually he never sent and he probably doesn't want to send. All these facts show that how incompetent, dishonest and unprofessional he is. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR / DENTIST TO ANYONE AND I REGRET HAVING GONE THERE.
