This is one of the best bike rental experiences I've ever had. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they provided great advice, both on the bikes and on the area where we were planning to bike. The bikes were very high quality and the price (only EUR 20/day) also included a lock, helmet and a front box. They even threw in a pannier at no extra cost! If all bike shops were like this one, the world would be a better place!

Great experience. Philippe delivered bikes and trail along (for kids). Friendly, reasonably priced, and well maintained hybrids. Shifted and braked very well. Trail-a-bike universal joint was a tad loose (bike flops from one side to another) but acceptable.Excellent service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Travelling through Provence with a MacsAdventures trip, my e-bike was from Cyclix. After 4 days of bike riding from village to village on an assortment of roads,Pathways and tracks this e-bike held up brilliantly. Gear changes were efficient and reliable, no issue with the breaks ( for me that was a long down hill ride between Gordes and Bedoin!) and it was really comfortable to ride. Thanks so much for a great ride!!

Fantastic bike rental business. We rented a couple of bikes last minute, just for the day. I'm sure customers like us are far from the backbone of their business, but Cédric was incredibly friendly and helpful and the bikes were in flawless condition and looked pretty much brand new. Would totally recommend Cyclix - thanks for helping us have a great day!

Wonderful experience! This is the second year we rented a tandem from this store and it worked great. Philippe dropped the bike of at our place we stayed at and picked it up again, as planned. The tandem was in great working order, gears and breaks smooth and well adjusted. The seat post clamp was not quite tight enough to hold the seat post tight over big bumps, but tightening it a little helped. Overall super happy.

Best bike rental experience I have had in all my road cycling trips around the world! Philippe, the owner, is exceptionally kind, accommodating, and the professional, delivering bikes with perfect punctuality, working with our tight schedule, responding to texts quickly, and in contrast to most rental operations where you are lucky if you can get them to adjust the saddle height, Philippe patiently waited while I test rode in the parking lot to dial in the right fit. I brought my own saddle and a stem, and he went above and beyond and swapped these out for me- this is a level of service you do not find anywhere when renting a bike! When I return I will definitely be renting from Philippe and Ciclix again!
