La Villa Paris

Tres bonne adresse à Paris, un B&B comme on les aime : Un acceuil au top, petit dej tres bien et soigné, la chambre n est pas tres grande, mais le lit et literie sont au top. Certes la Villa est excentrée et pas tout prés des stations metro - RER, mais ceci est compensé par le calme du quariter, la borne velib juste en dessous (ainsi qu un arret de bus).Isolation phonique entre chambre n est pas terrible; mais cela ne nous a pas empeché de tres bien dormir. Globalament a conseiller.

This was our second stay at La Villa Paris. Everything was wonderful! Marie is so kind and accommodating. Always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Easy access to bakeries, restaurants, groceries and public transportation. There's a useful guide to local restaurants and attractions included with booking information. The breakfasts are fabulous!

La villa Paris offre une parenthèse de bien être et de sérénité pour se reposer dans un cadre calme, très propre, agréable et confortable après de longues journées parisiennes .... de réunions ou de visites touristiques.L'accueil et l'attention que M&M accordent à leurs hôtes et à la qualité de leur séjour sont exceptionnels.Une adresse a recommander à ses amis ... uniquement ! ; )

La Villa Paris is by far the best place I've stayed in Paris!Location: Not far from the center but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to my favorite area, La Butte Aux Cailles! (the cafes and street art are worth your time).Transportation: Velib bike-share station just down the street (I used them everywhere). Short walk to the metro to get anywhere in Paris.Room: I had a beautiful and clean room. Bed was so comfortable! So quiet, even during the day when coming back to nap.Service: Stellar!! The hosts were so sweet and I always had everything I needed. The breakfast was well thought of, some mornings I just grab & go, coffee is amazing (never disappointed while in France) and available any time of day.

We cannot give a higher recommendation for the La Villa Paris B&B. Located near the cozy neighborhood of Place de Rungis in the 13th Arrondissement, this charming B&B offers a delightful base from which one can explore this remarkable city. The hosts, Marie and Matthias, are incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring that every guest feels at home. The rooms are intimate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided is delicious, featuring a variety of baguettes, meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, cereals, and fresh fruits. What sets the La Villa Paris apart is its attention to detail and personalized service. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. We especially were thankful for the tip to go and see the virtual reality exhibit called Eternal Notre Dame, an unbelievable VR trip through 850 years of the cathedral’s history from its original construction in the Middle Ages to the current restoration following the devastating fire in 2019. Overall, La Villa Paris offers the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and Parisian charm. This is our home away from home whenever we go to Paris.

Villa Paris was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. We stayed for 7 days and had everything we needed. Marie took care of our physical well-being and always got a few typical French pasties from a patisserie nearby for breakfast. In general, the atmosphere was very welcoming and familiar and you could always turn to the hosts if you had a request.The villa is very close to a popular square, filled with bars and restaurants, which also has direct access to the metro. Right around the corner is a beautiful, big park that parisians love to use for jogging. The bed & breakfast itself is in a quiet side street.We are looking forward to visit Villa Paris again soon!

Séjour excellent pour mes parents, qui ont visité d'étranger. Hôtesse accueillante, des chambres belles et confortables, et dans un quartier calme à coté de Parc Montsouris. Je la recommande fortement.

La villa Paris est devenue mon QG quand je viens sur Paris car elle est d'une part très bien située et d'autre part on s'y sent tellement bien . Chambres décorées avec goût (je les ai toutes essayées !!!) , literie impeccable ,quant aux petits déjeuner ils sont copieux et délicieux . Merci Marie , grâce a ta bienveillance et ta générosité mon passage à Paris est toujours merveilleux . A bientôt !

Nous sommes montés en famille pour passer un week-end. Marie et Mathias sont des hôtes aux petits soins. Toujours prêt à nous renseigner sur les choses à voir à Paris. Petit déjeuner parisien succulent.

Great rooms with excellent noise and light isolation. One bus/tram/train to anywhere in the city. Nice and helpfull hosts and excellent breakfast

Je suis accueilli à la Villa Paris depuis une quinzaine d'années. Au départ, c'était une chambre où loger durant mes formations et études mais bien vite, Marie nous à reçus mes enfants et moi pour des séjours de vacances ou de découvertes dans Paris.Ensuite, depuis 7 ans, c'est une planche de départ vers de plus lointaines contrées depuis Orly.Merci !

Toujours au top dans une jolie chambre d'hôtes à taille humaine où on aime échanger avec Marie sa propriétaire :)Allez y sans hésiter !

Returned to La Villa Paris after 8 years in May 2022 and the stay was just as pleasurable and wonderful as before. Marie is a great host who takes care of your needs. The spacious rooms remained exceptional with quality bedding and electric blinds. Breakfast was great and it’s nice to have a leisure breakfast before venturing out in Paris. Highly recommended!
