The boutique stops you in your tracks from the stunning window display, and it only gets better from there. Her whole line is full of unique patterns, texture combinations and gorgeous color palettes. And to top it off, the woman working was the kindest most “human” individual I have come across recently in the luxury fashion world. She gave detailed story telling about the brand, highlighted her favorite pieces, and when I was disappointed that a size was unavailable in a sweater I loved, she offered me a little gift as a kind gesture, as if to still be able to take a part of the brand with me. Because of this interaction, I have already sought out the brand home in London and I will hold a close love in my heart from that experience. THAT is luxury, that is excellent customer service.
