This isn't a problem if you're content with the hotel's excellent amenities or need quick airport access, but those intending to explore Bordeaux extensively might need to plan their transportation accordingly.In conclusion, the Sheraton Bordeaux Airport offers a sophisticated, modern retreat with top-notch service. While its distance from the city centre may not suit everyone, it's a fantastic choice for those seeking modern comforts, professional service, and close proximity to the airport.

Bon hôtel. Très moderne et personnel agréable. Néanmoins, pour une piscine dite chauffée, je la trouve trop froide et pas assez de transat au vu de la capacité de l’hôtel. Le jacuzzi était hors service…Cela manque de volet automatique dans la chambre et un coup de propreté un peu plus poussé..(tâches sur la moquette/sur le mur gris).Salle de bain idéale.

Team, I had a great stay at your hotel. The room was comfortable, and your staff was friendly. Dining and facilities were enjoyable, and the location was convenient. Cleanliness was impressive thank you.

Nous avions mon mari et moi, choisi le Sheradon pour y passer 2 nuits voulant essayer cet hôtel tout neuf .Première surprise : l'accès, signalétique très déficiente,Surprise aussi avec les tarifs, les avoir vus doubler entre les week-ends du 2 et du 9 septembre . L'explication donnée par la réception étant que plus l'hôtel se remplit plus le tarif monte . Difficile à admettre.Surprise de constater que les toilettes/WC près de la réception, étaient en panne de papier toilette aussi bien chez les femmes que les hommes à 10 h le samedi matin.Pas sûr que nous reviendrons .

A un paso del aeropuerto, y ademas muy bien comunicado con la ciudad a través del tranvia.El hotel esta muy bien, su personal muy amable, las habitaciones sin ninguna pega, muy cómodas y el servicio de bar restaurante, espectacular.El desayuno bufet por la mañana es espectacular.Destacar que para comer desde cualquier mesa tienes una visión abierta de la cocina, en la que puedes estar observando toda la preparación de los platos

Un hôtel relativement cher pour un standing correct, quoique le cadre ne soit pas désagréable. Le personnel côté restauration semble néanmoins manqué de formation et de rigueur professionnelle, tant sur le service que sur les prestations du bar.

Thrilled with this new airport hotel. The rooms are modern and well equipped, the staff friendly and professional. We enjoyed a great and affordable dinner at the restaurant. LOVED the rooftop pool, gym + sauna with a view of the airport. Convenient and classy!

BonjourNous avons pu petit-déjeuner au Sheraton début octobre.Le service fut très agréable, le personnel, en la personne de Samia, en plus d'être particulièrement belle, très compétent et appliquée.Je recommande fortement.

Very poor service for a global hotel brand.1. We ordered 2 (very expensive for what you get!) packed breakfasts boxes . We specifically and carefully specified one vegetarian. The boxes were not ready at reception when we got there at 6am (21/10/23) and the receptionist had to go and get them from the kitchen (we were in a hurry). When they came back, they said there was no packed vegetarian breakfast available. (They went back to the kitchen to check.) I said I wanted a refund and they agreed, I then said they should still give us the second breakfast box free to compensate us for the inconvenience and delay. They refused. So we took and paid for one breakfast only. When we unpacked the breakfast it WAS actually vegetarian.2. The free airport shuttle was full and we had to pay privately for a taxi (€20). As the hotel advertises free shuttle to the airport, you should either have supplied transport or refunded the cost.

We were amazed that you cannot get a taxi outside of the hotel and we had to walk in the pouring rain to the airport to get the UBER taxi. We were wet through by the time that we got to the airport. A hotel without taxi facilities outside is unbelievable.The breakfasts were extremely average and the Bar refused to serve us to a drink at 10.50 1 evening upon our return from business meetings all day saying that the bar was closed..Not impressed with the room comfort or temperature in the rooms either and noise at evening did not allow for a good night sleep.I certainly wont be recommending this hotel to any colleagues or friends travelling to Bordeaux. I think there must be much better airport hotels.

Très bel hôtel neuf, bien décoré très spacieux et haut de gamme.Prix des chambres raisonnable fin Aout en semaine. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner et les bocaux en room service sont prohibitifs.

The place is nice and new. The suite was wonderful but unfortunately the AC wasn't working and it was 33'c making it hard to sleep. The manager on duty was really nice couldn't get it working after really trying and went and got me a large bucket of ice and 2 big bottles of water. His name was Edwin and he is a great asset to the hotel. Make sure you look after that man!!Thank you Edwin

This hotel is offering very comfortable rooms. Breakfast offers fresh options. Staff is nice and helpful. Wifi is working very well. Facilities are very recent including restaurant, bar, and a gym.Main plus: close to the airport.

Hôtel tout neuf. Chambres propres et spacieuses. Prix raisonnable. Lit confortable, mais pas le fauteuil. Pour un hôtel Sheraton, ce n'est pas normal qu'il n'y ait pas de bureau de travail dans les chambres et qu'il n'y ait pas de navette vers l'aéroport (assez loin pour le justifier). Menu du restaurant très limité en choix.

Absolutely delighted with my stay there. Very spacious and clean bedrooms. Every single staff that I dealt with from the desk to the bar, restaurant and manager were all very friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from the airport. Highly recommend it
