depuis 5 jours je tente de joindre par téléphone et par mail le service commercial sans succès .... malgré des mails .... TOUJOURS PAS DE REPONSE .... comment faire ! se rendre physiquement sur place ????? c 'est véritablement incroyable

Worst parking everDo not park hereOur car was parked here. Thieves try to steel it. Window smashed and broken. Car was parked in front of an camera.Nobody from Indigo in the garage, only contact in distance. Indogo told us to find a police station, at sundayevening 22 pm ! They are not willing to look at the cameraviewngs or share that with us.Police told us that they are not going to do anything with the cameraimages. I think thieves know that and Indigo know that also.Bad service and no help from Indigo. We felt forsaken by Indigo and the french police.The camera surveillance and the individual monitoring by Indigo does not helping you to park your car save !

Des voleurs. Payer 55 euros en ligne pour deux jours de parking et être obligé de repayer 79e à la sortie du parking pour pouvoir sortir. Évidemment personne pour régler le problème sur place. C'est inadmissible de voler les gens comme cela. En plus état du parking déplorable rempli d'urine de partout.

Rampes d'accès super étroites, les jantes frottent systématiquement avec mon break bien que j'y aille très prudemment... les bornes de recharge sont de simples prises murales mais 3/4 ne fonctionnaient pas. Il semblerait qu'il y a besoin d'une clé pour activer les prises mais impossible de trouver qqun au PC sécurité qui semblait vide. Pour les contacter il faut appeler un 0800 à 0,60€/min. On passera sur la propreté relative...

Very narrow access ramps and especially difficult entrance due to a very narrow curve, the rims rub systematically with my car although I drove very carefully and extremely slowly. The number plate recognition system didn't work and the code provided when I paid online didn't work so I needed to wait and speak with an operator on the phone. The charging stations are simple wall sockets but 3/4 didn't work and the 4th one was busy. It was impossible to find someone physically working there and I went back to the entrance to speak with an operator and ask how to use the charging - they didn't know and told me they are just a call center at which point I gave up on charging. Not clean, it was smelly, there was pee on the floor. Would not recommend if you're hoping to charge.

Grand parking très bien placé vers Montparnasse par contre très cher !

Parking très cher. Comptez 13€ pour 3 heures. Rampe d'accès très étroite. Beaucoup de voitures ont frotté. Cela sent mauvais dans les escaliers/ascenseur.

Abonnement pris le 23/08 pour un parking sécurisé avec vidéosurveillance... le 11/09, mon scooter a subi une tentative de vol et a été partiellement démonté. INDIGO ne m'informe pas de la situation. Le 13/09, je communique à INDIGO le dépôt de plainte et souhaite obtenir des précisions du SAV. Relance faite le 19/09, puis le 22/09,... pas de nouvelles à date.En synthèse : parking ouvert aux quatre vents sans SAV. non recommandé !

Don’t park here!! Sign on entrance showed 19euro per 24h, but after two nights from friday 17h till sunday 10h we had to pay 79,20 euro. I can do a bit of math and this is a total rip off and nobody there off course. Apart from that a stinky elevator and staircase. Never again.
