Technically, if this place presented itself as an average mountain hotel, I would give it 5 stars. But for their presentation and price it's not enough. Stayed there for 2 nights.HOTEL:On arrival, we walked in. There was a high table by the door with several persons sitting in their computers right by the door so we proceeded further to find reception area. There was nothing ahead (just the restaurant) but it appeared that that high table was a staff corner. Looked really awkward.We had a dog and on the online booking we were asked what size of the dog we have. The hotel needed this info to provide the right size of bed and prepare the room. There were s, m and l options to choose. We chose L. On check in when we saw the bed, we were really surprised. It was literally chihuahua size and would fit only our dog’s head. Food and water bowls were also small. After contacting the reception, they told us: sorry, we have so many dogs visiting so we gave you the available option.Why would you ask this information during the booking process then? So the receptionist told us “I look what I can do” and replaced the bed with a bit bigger one but it was definitely not the L size and our dog could barely fit there. Bowls were left untouched.I wouldn't recommend the spa there. Extremely small sauna, I'm not sure if hammam worked properly (the seatings were cold and it wasn’t really heating up in general), only 4 resting beds inside, no towels (once we asked for it, the receptionist brought us 2 towels though). Spider nets in sauna. Jacuzzis are… not really jacuzzis how you can imagine it but just warm water baths with one active water stream. All the guests wanted to get into those baths but they were constantly occupied so you would literally see how people run to the bath from the spa once they notice that it’s about to get free. No cosmetics in the shower.The hotel has some nicely looking cosmetics to sell but you have some no name stuff in the rooms. Double rooms have ONE resting chair on the balcony.There were many little things that could be repaired. And we could also find some strange things: an empty chalkboard with deep scratches all over it — just why would we need it? A tablet with hotel website opened… why?RESTAURANTWas pretty good. The first day we had a drink on the bar terrace and our dog was never offered a water bowl (in July!). Otherwise we enjoyed food and service there.I would not recommend this place for the price they ask. But check the restaurant if you pass Chandolin or stay nearby.

The Chandolin Boutique Hotel was exactly what my husband and I were looking for to enjoy a few days away. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly reception staff. While we enjoyed a drink on the balcony, the staff member prepared our registration and explained the amenities of the property and surrounding area. Our room had a spectacular view of the mountains, complete with balcony so we could take it all in. The room is a nice size, especially by European standards! Very well equipped with a nice, spacious bathroom. We made reservations for the hotel restaurant and while the menu is small, the meals were fantastic. Both my husband and I were quite impressed with the culinary takes on the dishes we ordered. Our second day we enjoyed cappuccino on the hotel balcony followed by some hiking up Ilhorn. The hotel sits just across the street from a tourist office, fountain of fresh mountain water as well as many trail entry points. Our afternoon was spent in the hotel's ample spa area which includes dry sauna, steam room, menthol shower, traditional shower and a lounge area. The spa area is not available during morning hours, but in our opinion it was not necessary as morning is the best time of day to get out and enjoy nature! During our time in the spa, the restaurant staff regularly checked on us, offering food and drinks. The staff does an excellent job of ensuring you are provided for yet not being over bearing. The spa itself had self service water and tea available. That evening we drove into St. Luc to enjoy a dinner at another restaurant (Bella Tola), following the recommendation of one of the staff members. It was also amazing! (We wanted fondue, as it was not in season, the staff member found us a restaurant that has it regularly on the menu.). All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and not only would we highly recommend this hotel, we would also happily return for another amazing vacation!

Excellent hôtel où il fait bon s’y arrêter. Belle chambre, SPA cosy, restaurant excellent et accueillant. Nous y retournerons, c’est sûr!

Extrêmement déçue pour être honnête. Nous y étions allés avec un bon QoQa car nous adorons découvrir de nouveaux endroits. Nous avons fait un séjour de 2 nuits en suite.Les chambres sont très très petites et manquent clairement de prestations au vu des prix. Le spa est également minuscule avec deux bains d’eau chaude à l’extérieur (qui reconnaissons le tout de même offrent une magnifique vue sur la vallée).Le restaurant est quant à lui excellent et je ne peux que le recommander à tous les niveaux (produits, goûts, carte, soin de la présentation).Une grossière erreur dans la facturation lors de notre départ et aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel auront malheureusement fini de ternir le tableau et nous a confirmé que nous ne recommanderons pas cette établissement.

Hotel magnifique avec vue splendide. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. La cuisine était excellente avec des mets bien présentés et succulents voire même surprenant.Le Spa bien qu'agréable reste en dessous des attentes car petit si la météo ne permet pas de profiter des chaises longues extérieures. Le hammam et la sauna seulement 4 places de même que les chaises longues intérieures. Les 2 jacuzzi extérieures en fait n'en sont pas. Il s'agit simplement de 2 baignoires circurlaires avec une buse chacune et de l'eau à bonne température. La aussi c'est petit.

Séjour extraordinaire. La suite est très bien décorée et la vue à couper le souffle.Un grand merci à Mylène qui était à nos petits soins.

Magnifique emplacement dominant le Val d'Anniviers. Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, excellente cuisine gastronomique, grand choix de vins provenant de très bonnes caves, chaleureux accueil, propreté irréprochable. Nous reviendrons !

Nous y sommes pour une Deuxième visite en deux ans. Je n’ai rien à dire de négatif sur cet hôtel. Je lis certaines critiques et je suis bouche-bée! Cet hôtel est extraordinaire considérant qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel boutique en montagne. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais décorées avec beaucoup de goût et absolument immaculée. Nous avons trouvé les lits très confortables mais vous devez aimer le style Suisse.Le restaurant a changé de concept depuis notre dernière visite. Les choux sont plus limités mais il s’agit d’une cuisine d’une très grande qualité, très recherchée, et développée avec des produits locaux. Exceptionnel.Le service dispensé par l’ensemble du personnel est excellent. Et l’hôtel est d’une propreté immaculée partout. Que ceux qui s ‘attendaient à avoir des services de spas ( installations gratuites) comme à Paris ou NewYork reviennent sur terre. Vous êtes dans un hôtel de montagne.Seuls point à améliorer seraient peut-être une réception un peu plus « standard » et une petit-déjeunée à la carte. Le buffet est vraiment superbe mais peut-être un peu cher quand on y est pour plusieurs jours.Bravo à l’équipe!

La cuisine est gastronomique et digne des plus Grandes Tables Suisses.Cet endroit imparable, cosy et magique surplombe un panorama idyllique doté d'une vue imprenable.Accessible en toutes saisons, à découvrir absolument.F. Magnifique séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel! La vue de la chambre est splendide et elle dispose de suffisamment de rangements. Petit déjeuner top, restaurant très sympa avec des propositions de produits locaux même si un peu cher.Le SPA est très agréable après une journée de ski, propre et bien décoré. Seul bémol... les clients qui téléphonent dans la zone repos.

We celebrated our seventh anniversary at the Boutique Hotel over the course of three days. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the incredible view, the nice rooms and the hot tubs with our friends and family... and we got absolutely blown away by the food during the evening meal. The apero and party in the moonbar were a delight. Caroline and her staff were always friendly, helpful and forthcoming, both during the stay and in helping organizing it. Thanks to the whole team for the amazing moments we spent there!

Un hôtel incroyable un personnel souriant chaleureux accueillant. Tout était exceptionnel. En couple où en famille avec des enfants en bas âge que du plaisir. On y retournera.Merci à vous et à bientôt.
